Paid good money for a product which has no help service at all. I called....no answer. I texted, agent asked me for my name and e-mail and he was gone. I doubt very much that I will ever get my money back. I refuse to extend my subscription over that 90 day period.

I had my reservations, but contacting the team through WhatsApp was very easy and straight forward to get set up and following payment, everything was delivered within minutes. Does what it says on the tin and very helpful for someone like me with less experience on getting everything set up. I'm still only at the start of my subscription, but everything has been perfect to date and managed to watch a full football match without a single interruption which is the biggest test of stability in my opinion. Every channel is faultless and should there be any issues, I am confident the team will work to resolve them in quick time. Very impressed overall.
