The key they gave me was a basic scam. Looked like a trust worthy website but looks can be deceiving. Used the key product and Microsoft said that it isn’t recognised as a valid product key

My code doesn't work. I sent several emails to your company and I've received very poor instructions with regards to why my code doesn't work and what to do to correct the problem. It's a case of follow their ridiculous instructions which includes having to download a subscription to Dropbox to download your code. Refund please!!
