You wont qualify for most of the surveys, you'll waste hours of your life answering qualifying questions, only to be told you aren't a fit. Even AFTER they prequalify you for the survey. All of the "free" offers require you to jump through hoops, the samples never come.

This is a bullshit site. Only Survey I have been able to complete was the first survey for 200pts. Every other survey has started with you are a match, then either says no longer qualify of quits on the 2nd to 3rd question. Uninstalling, massive waste of time and energy. Dont bother downloading it's a joke!

Hi Carl, thanks for the honest feedback. We're sorry the experience hasn't been what you hoped for. Disqualifications are one of the most frustrating parts of survey panels, and we're continuously tweaking how our site renders available studies. The experience you described is our current design- we filter the surveys you see based on the likelihood you'll qualify for them, and once you click on a survey, we look at what filtering criteria that survey tells us it has; if it looks like you'll disqualify, we cut it short to try and save our members time. If we didn't do that, you may have spent more time taking a survey just to be disqualified later. This is not an ideal setup, so we're working on improving it. The intention is to actually save our members time and frustration, but it can certainly create its own if you're constantly hitting that wall. We wish you the best and appreciate the feedback.

this site is a joke , I redeemed my rewards over a week ago , I mistakenly used my old closed pay pal account info (unknowingly that was email that was going to be connected for PayPal payments ) , most sites ask you to log into the account you want your incentives sent to , but I sent message to support , now has been over a week ago , after like 4 days no response , I sent another message , still no response , and my payout is still sitting in pending stage in my account here , and still no response from support aout fixing either issue , and I'm new to this site and already cant get rewards or help , I would give negative 10 stars if I could , avoid this site , go to 5 surveys for $5 , or top surveys , they oth pay and no problems there I done cashed out multiple times on both sites

Our support team did reply to the messages we received and assisted with getting the reward reissued, so if you didn't see our responses it's worth checking your spam or promotions folder. Worth clarifying for anyone reading: the email you use to log into our site can be different from your PayPal email without any issue. You choose where your reward is delivered at the time you redeem, so you can participate using one email address and receive PayPal payments to another. There's no need to change your login email to receive a payout. If anything is still outstanding on your account, email us at support@productreviewjobs.com and we'll take another look.

What you're describing is our system asking a few qualifying questions upfront to avoid sending you to a survey that could disqualify you much later- we know it can still feel like wasted effort when it doesn't work out, and improving that experience is something we're actively working on.
My recommendation is to focus on the Quick Surveys section until you hit your first cashout- by that point your profile will have built up enough that the surveys you see will be a much better fit for you. Super scam
Super scam! This was promoted to me as a product testing gig, where I would be sent products by mail to test and review. When I finished signing up, I was taken to a page of online surveys. Not at all what was advertised. I do love that the website has a prompt right at the top to review on TrustPilot, as if people are going to give a good review after being tricked. No wonder they're only at a 2.8. The majority of the positive reviews are undoubtedly fake/paid.

There are some older blog mentions and third party references to our site that haven't been updated yet and we're actively working through those. Product review opportunities do exist on our platform, though they're mixed in among a broader set of research studies and come with the same qualifying process, so the experience can feel more survey-focused than the name suggests.
On the reviews- we invite all members to share their honest experience, positive or negative, which is exactly what Trustpilot encourages. We don't pay for or incentivize reviews, and we'd welcome any member with a genuine experience to share it.
We're a small US-based team working hard to improve the platform and appreciate honest feedback even when it's critical.

I THINK THAT IF YOU'RE GOING TO POST A SURVEY AS ONE THAT CAN BE TAKEN, THEN IT SHOULD PROBABLY BE ACCURATELY POSTED. I'D SAY THAT PROBABLY 30% OR LESS SURVEYS WERE ACTIVELY CURRENT. THOSE NUMBERS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR MYSELF AND I'M SURE MANY OTHERS.

The "Survey Ended" issue is something we're actively working on- surveys can close when researchers hit their response quota and our platform doesn't always reflect that in real time. Says "review products" but no products just serveys
It says "review products", but all I see are "take a survey". I took 3 surveys as of this writing. On two, I answered one question and got I don't qualify, so I got 0 points.
Lame, at least give me 1 point for effort, etc.
Also you have to collect "Minimum required is 1000 Points."

WARNING to STAY AWAY
This site was recommended by another site that I get emails from. I clicked on the link to sign up, and I started filling out the form. I only completed the first page with my full name and email. By the second page, I got a weird feeling, so I X'd out and came here. Too late! I'm now getting a crap ton of spammy messages & phishing attempts. DO NOT give them any information. I wish I hadn't.

Go on if you want the telemarketer gates of hell opened
The leads on this site may lead to a product review job after you jump through all the hoops they throw at you. I've never made it far enough to know. The different questions keep coming at you trying to get you to sign on to many different companies. And DON'T give your phone number! After I did, my phone's been getting a dozen or more calls a day from my supposed area. I answered the 1st call, they were pushing disability insurance. I've been blocking every call, & a week later, they're still coming in from all different numbers (my area so better chance I'll answer I guess).
