Proenergysolutions Ltd Reviews

Had my solar system installed by Professional Energy Solutions and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. They fitted a 16-panel, 6 kW hybrid setup with an EP12 Fox ESS battery, and it’s been working flawlessly from day one. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Really impressed with the whole experience from start to finish.

Had Lee come over to give me a quote for panels, batteries and an inverter
Great communication and professional the whole time
Knew his stuff and most importantly worked with me to find the right balance with what I wanted and what he knew was feasible
Quote was done and install booked in
Install went smooth, couple of hiccups but again nothing to worry about and the aftercare has been superb

Very professional and clean, done a great job.

I recently had to change some panels due to damage. The company were incredibly helpful sorting out what I needed. Also helped me with an issue with my battery. Always keen to help and find a solution, particularly good as my initial installation was over 3 years ago . I see from many blog posts that it’s frustrating that most companies are long gone . I definitely recommend this company.

I have been dealing with the company for the last 10 years. Everytime I have had any issue they have responded and addressed it. Thank you

I had some additional solar panels fitted to my PV system that Professional Energy Solutions installed 3 years ago. I have been delighted with my system and Lee is very helpful when any questions arise. Recommended

Having shopped around for solar energy quotes I eventually settled on using Lee and his team.
And I am so pleased I did, not pushy at all, full of knowledgeable advice, which saved me money and gave me real peace of mind, explained that some of the things others were quoting for were unnecessary ( later confirmed on the internet). Everything was completed on the day by Lee, Matt and their other colleague in a smooth and seamless installation. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of solar to give this company a call first.

Right from the intial survey Lee was professional, knowlegable and helpful. On the day of installation the team worked like a well oiled machine and just got on with the job in hand. They even cleared up all their mess and took it with them!
We'd 100% recommend Professional Energy Solutions if you're considering solar panels.

Excellent communication and swift response to any questions. These guys fitted my panels originally and I asked them back to fit anti pigeon deterrents. The team is professional, polite and made an excellent, neatly fitted galvanised surround around the panels. I'd highly recommend them to anyone wanting a top quality job.

Team were on time. Lovely group of guys who carried out the work. Liked how they went through a checking process at the end to ensure all works were completed. Happy to recommend.

Very clear explanation of the issues and benefits. Told us what they were going to do, when. And did! No fuss, no mess, great job.

The Company were very competitive and on the day of the installation they were very efficient, tidy, hard working, friendly and very professional. I would not have any hesitation on recommending them.
We have had a lot of remedial work carried out over the last five years and we were a bit apprehensive what to expect - it transpired there was absolutely no need to be concerned

I made an enquiry via Bark, a few hours later I received a call from Lee who owns the company. He talked me through the issue I had with pigeon’s nesting under and around the solar panels.

I sent him over some images that the previous company had sent as they couldn’t complete the works. He was able to confidently advise there and then that it would be a straight forward job to fit the mesh required around the outer edges.

He was able to slot me in super quick to suit mine and tenants needs. My tenant gave instant feedback to say how professional Lee and the team were!

Highly recommend using Pro Energy, reliable service, quality workmanship and most importantly cost effective!

It's two years since I had my solar panels installed and I'm very happy with them. However I had a problem today (someone knocked the cables) - I phoned Lee and he talked me through it and sorted it. He's a genius. I'd recommend them whole heartedly.

Im glad I picked this company,
Great service,
and after sales service is much appreciated.

Lee and the Proenergy team have been very professional and responsive. The installation went smoothly and the price was very reasonable

Friendly and quick also give all info during and after the installation. had a bad experience with a other solar company but Lee and his time get stuff right

We had the solar panels installed - were given the right information as to what we needed to have installed as per new build requirements. Highly professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Kept us informed throughout for when they needed to do things with the electrics or to work in the different areas.
Very pleasant and look like they love what they do!

Happy Customers!

We are very pleased with the installation from this companyMy husband says they did a very neat job.Their quote was very reasonable and from the outset Lee has been very easy to reach . The installation itself caused no disruption Lee ,Olly and the other guys were friendly ,explaining everything they were doing as they went along. We had one small hitch in that one of the batteries had software incompatible with the other and at that point I thought this isn’t happening today, but having disappeared to get a correct battery, within45 minutes they were back and it was all up and running .We have been lucky with the winter sun to give the system a good test and have been pleasantly surprised that with 8 panels the batteries charged up to 96% on one of the sunny days. I was so nervous about which company to get for this installation as I didn’t know anyone who could make a personal recommendation but I am very happy I went with my gut feeling after talking to Lee that I should go with them. Lee almost always answers his phone and was very helpful and reassuring in the early stages, so always being able to contact the company both before and after the install is one of the biggest plus points for me.My
husband had totally given up on getting this done as another company had said we only had roof space for 2 panels, but when Lee actually went up n the roof and measured it my husband came more on board.I have found obtaining all the certification we needed rather daunting but I am finally in possession of
MCS,G98.ELECSA,NICEIC,PES guarantee,Hybrid inverter guarantee, batteries guarantee and finally iwa.biz independent warranty .I had to keep asking Lee about all this but he has always been happy to help.So thank you so much Professional Energy Solutions. So if you are hesitant about who to get for your solar installation ,call this company.I thoroughly recommend them.
