Zeer nalatig en factureren onterecht
Mijn ervaring met dit bedrijf is zeer negatief. Naar mijn mening factureren ze onterecht en ben ik het niet eens met hun regelgeving en hun gedwongen sfeer.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us how you feel about us here on Trustpilot. While there is nothing that I would love more, than settle this in private, I find it increasingly difficult to do so, when you don't want to live up to your end of our agreement.
Saying that your experience with us is very negative doesn't sound like something anyone would say, who has been collaborating closely with us for more than 16 months. In fact, 4 months ago your company with you included, decided to make us a video testimonial about how amazing our service has been for your company.
While I understand that things can change, I think that you are leaving us with a very one-sided review - so let me try and give some more detail to your review.
You had for several weeks been pushing us to do "a better job". Not understanding what it was that we were asking for, despite us making numerous attempts to tell you guys, what it was we needed to perform better.
You then decided to hire another marketing agency (totally fine with me), but then decided that you weren't going to uphold our agreement that has a notice period of current month + 30 days.
Then you threatened us, that you wouldn't pay, saying that "we could come to Holland if we wanted to settle this". Implicating that you would physically fight us over the money - what kind of person settles their professional relationships this way?
Fast forward to the due date of the final invoice, that was when I sent you a final reminder, that if the invoice wasn't settled by the end of the week, then I would see no other option than to send the case to international debt collection. Which is why you are now changing your review to a 1-star, because they are holding you to the agreement that you have signed with us.
To top things off you even send me a message, Tuesday the 22nd of July saying: "Emil, i am gonna marketeer the shit out of me and give u bad Revieuws. Believe me i am gonna make trouble and i am stil not gonna pay".
I have always been a person to speak with and settle things with, but when my team and I are unfairly treated and directly threatened in voice messages, then I see no point in providing further flexibility on an agreement we have made.
