Do NOT Buy this Algo system !!! FYI- Whatever 'customer support' was established in 2025 (when I bought the licensing to use the algo trading system) is no longer active. The website which was created with content has had NO UPDATES or communication to clients in over 3+ months! Promises were made, and BROKEN ! I cannot get my $$$ back at this time, but I can WARN YOU --- do NOT proceed with this company. :(

I was sincerely looking forward to an excellent experience, and Steele did a nice job working with us --- initially. Sadly, I am not sure what happened, but he dropped the ball and 'went dark' on communication. *I even reached out and warned him about the negative reviews, here on Trustpilot (however, he did not care and it shows --- hence, you are here reading this)!

Steele and Reece (RP Profits) are good day-traders (and I follow their YouTube channels). Unfortunately, they are horrible business owners and do not understand customer service, customer communication, managing expectations, and/or following-through.

FYI- I originally signed-up back in December 2025, and waited a full 6+ months before submitting this review.

STAY AWAY: SCAM 😩😩😩100 % loose rate on your Alogotrading setup. 🥵I paid for your Quant bot and algotrading. So far 11 out of 11 accounts have been blown, not a single one has passed propfirm evaluation for over 3 months, I have not got any support on my tech issues or any help from WhatsApp team or e-mail support for over 3 weeks. So far I have only lost lots of $$$$$ on your set up in Profit Insiders pltaform . Where and who in your team will help me get support or a refund??? agree with everyone else here , no support, crap set ups , Steele, Reece or any other from the team, do not support you , and algos are BAD.

The guy in charge unfortunately Steele seems to think he's too good to give needed support. Purchased program for 3k Had some algos btu they have not been taking trades. Steele promised new algos to be released soon sounded great--Nothing! (pretty sure the crooks shut the doors) No updated videos as promised over a month now continue to contact him on whats app being ignored. Algos I have havent been trading --Impossible to get a 1 on 1 for support --one of their clients gets calls from steele when needed I've asked him numerous times --ignored Due to lack of response for the past weeks I've contacted Whop for a refund although they are Pro vendor so will have to dispute thru cc unless they get someone competent to respond--Steele seems to think he's too important to reply and no one else seems to be available!! (this could be a good company if only they had a competent support staff). I asked in trade room why they are ignoring my requests then they locked me out for 60 minutes I did get my money refunded that I paid for that rip-off! :)

I had the same experience as everyone else. Although my situation is a bit different. I did not receive all of the documentation needed to make an informed purchase and some of the refund clauses were sent once I tried to request a refund that I had not signed off on. I’m sure I could charge back with no consequences but only because I was never sent the annex they claim I was in possession of. Please stay away and save your money.

Scammers stay away from them, the algo in almost 2 months all it has are prop firm accounts blown. A week after you buy, they want you to sign an agreement (to trap you) with a 90 day guarantee that it is impossible to obtain due to the large amount of things you have to meet, although I never signed they are trying to saying that I click under the terms and condition when I pay and it was there. After mention them that if I would not get a refund, I would do a claim through my credit card; they mention that per the agreement I cant do that because they will sue me and send me to collection through their attorneys. Unless you want to waste your money do not buy or trust this people.

We fell in face first and got body slammed. “If it seems too good to be true” well.. then it’s because it is.

We believed and trusted that Reece Phillips would have some dignity, in regards to what he’d associate his name with. But I’m guessing that the 8am candle strategy isn’t making him enough dough, when him and his team has to rip off people for 4K.

We were sold an extremely luscious idea that it wasn’t unrealistic at all for the algo bot (that at first should have traded RP’s strategy but then evolved into several different ones, unrelated to the strategy we were sold) - to generate a monthly income that would allow us to trade ourselves, without the pressure and stress of having the bills covered. This idea, quickly turned into customer support that was difficult to get in touch with, wrongful guidance when we did, 15+ blown evals and PA’s that we’d passed ourselves, bots with questionable activity (such as 200$ wins and 3000$ losses, 300 point SL and what not), yet they continued to encourage us to buy more evals and keep trying.
After 2 months of repeating the loop of feeding the algos money, while continuously having a hard time getting replies, we voiced our dissatisfaction and claimed our refund (which is clearly emphasized by RP with the money back guarantee), just to be completely frozen out and ignored. No answers for 1+ week - AT ALL. We had to book a new sales call under another name to get in touch with someone from their team, who then promised would “Help us solve the issue” and would get back to us within 30 min. That obviously ended in us getting ignored for nearly a week, just to have our refund request being denied by WHOP and not their own refund team as they had claimed, with no clear reason - which they would quite probably would base on the fact that we didn’t try the algos for a full 90 days. But - who would, with a “company” where support or service is non existing, the product malfunctions and the experience just keeps costing you your money and peace?

Don’t know if others are having succes with the algos, but we definitely know that others are having issues as well, as one of the guys on their own team told us during one of the calls.

We joined RP and his Team mainly under the direction of his friend Steele .Who claimed to intially have bots to pass propfirms and get payouts .GUARENTEED to pass and recieve payouts .If not your money back after 3 months after speaking to both Reese and Steele I have not recieved my money and Steele no longer answers at all. We tried about 10 prop accounts on different bots and the answer was clear not of them performed the way they claimed .! one after another failed or blew accounts. $1000 dollars down the drain with out the refund as they claim.Becareful of these guys and save your money.
