This website is a complete scam. They’ve stolen product photos and descriptions from legitimate sites to look real. Take a look at the ‘positive’ reviews—they’re obviously fake, with users who only have 1 review, all for this same website!

Strangely, accounts like Antonio S. Manurka, Tom, and Joshua all have the exact same face in their profile photos, though I wouldn’t be surprised if they change them soon after this review. Negative reviews seem to be the only way to get a response from them. If you complain, they’ll try to blame you, either by accusing you of being a competitor or, if you provide payment confirmation, they’ll claim you’re entering your password wrong multiple times, which is why your order never ships. Total joke—stay away!

I placed an order and never heard back from them. No confirmation email. Also, after contacting them to enquire why they were not sending, no answer. How could I trust a company that makes you pay via bank transfer?. I was just duped, lesson learned.

Not only they scam you, but after they keep on sending you sms to try to scam you again. Unbelievable

🇬🇧 Don't trust this website! I paid (bank transfer) 105€ for 1 Liter (90€) + delivery fees (15€) and then they blocked my account! More details: I live in Germany and I had to pay money with bank - transfer on this Belgian IBAN-Number: BE05967711001575. On my question to recover my account on e-mail admin@ (webseite name) is no-one responding.

🇩🇪 Diese Website ist scam! Ich habe für 1 Liter cleaner (90€) + Lieferkosten (15€) 105 Euro bezahlt und heute sehe ich, dass sie mein Account blockiert haben!!! Ich wohne in Deutschland und habe das Geld auf belgische IBAN-Adresse BE05967711001575 überwiesen. Seit Bestellung habe ich die Webseite mehrfach überprüft wo mein Paket so lange bleibt (bestellt ca. Mitte September und entdeckt, dass Account blockiert ist Anfang Oktober). Verlauf von Bestellvorgang schien mir komisch. 1) ich habe kein Bestellübersicht auf Email bekommen aber zum Glück Screenshots auf die Webseite gemacht..2) auf die Webseite erschien zwar "warten auf Geld", "Geld erhalten", "Paket vorbereitet", und tatsächlich letzte mehrere Tage auch stand "Paket ist versandt" aber es stand nie Paketverfolgungsnummer. Nach ein paar Tagen, nachdem "Parcel sent" erschien ist, wollte ich wieder bei progbl.com einloggen um nach Paketverfolgungsnummer zu schauen und ich bekomme diese Meldung: "Your account isn't available at this time, please contact us". Wenn ich versuche Passwort auf mein Account zu ändern, bekomme ich diese Meldung: "You cannot regenerate the password for this account." Auf meine E-Mail Anfrage (Admin@ Webseite Name) antwortet sich keiner. Ganz vergessen, noch eine wichtige Sache: die Webseite ist nur auf englische Sprache - muss noch ein Indiz auf eine fraud sein. Also, Leute schmeißt ihr schwer verdientes Geld nicht wie ich in diesem fraud und scam!
