I am so happy that I chose to work with all the team at Progressive 83. They are really knowledgeable and nothing is ever too much for them! I highly reccomend this company because they have been hands on from the beginning, right from the start from design conception, to the business training and still by my side, if i need to ask questions. I honestly cannot fault them. I would like to say a big thank you to Emma, Chris, Carole, Sam and Justin who have all really supported me and this has resulted in seeing my business grow weekly from strength to strength. Take it from me, if you work with progressive 83 you will not be dissapointed!

Everyone has been extremely helpful and informative during the process. I've received continuous guidance and support, especially from Chris, that helped me greatly to get everything set up and get rolling.

This service has been amazing for me so far. I am confident talking to people, so I knew that I would be able to work well with customers and cleaners, but I didn't want to deal/slow my progress with setting up the website, CRM, and marketing. I didn't know ANYTHING about marketing when I started. The whole team, and especially Chris and Carole, have been SO helpful in helping me get up to speed with running my new business. I am able to book regular calls with them, and they continue offering support to keep my business growing. The team takes ownership in my success and wants to help me succeed--I can sense this. Working with Progressive83 has been amazing. Launching our cleaning business could not have been easier with their support. From day one, the team guided us through every step, and they even built our website, making the whole process seamless and professional.

The CRM system is amazing – it allows us to take bookings and payments with complete confidence. The training filled us with the confidence we needed to onboard both cleaners and customers, and we always feel fully supported. Nothing is ever too much for the team.

After our training, week 1 of trading was an upwards learning curve, we had a really poor week and reached out to the team feeling deflated. The support we received meant everything. They reviewed what we’d been doing, helped us implement changes, and now we’ve flown into week 8 with countless regular bookings and 5-star Google reviews.

Justin has been incredible from day one – always guiding us, keeping us motivated, and helping us plan for the future. Carole has been fantastic in supporting us with learning the CRM and onboarding cleaners. Chris has been a Godsend, there for all our ups and downs and coaching us on social media and growth strategies.

We are so grateful to Progressive83. Their support, knowledge, and genuine care have made this journey not just possible, but exciting.

I'm skeptical by nature, so I had on and off conversations with a representative from Progressive83 for maybe 3 months before I committed. The reason I committed was the promised level of support that P83 would provide throughout the process. P83 continues to deliver on the level of support promised. I've had a couple of setbacks that could've been short lived if I had reached out to my support liaison (Chris L) sooner. It's easy to book the time, they're responsive when you reach out, and have been able to- in my experience- solve or provide a work around for each issue I've had to date (approximately 10 mo in to my own Biz).

I had been looking for business opportunities that I could grow over time. I spoke with Chris and his team then researched on my own, connecting with other owners directly to get their feedback on working with Progressive 83 as well as what to expect. This has been a great experience for me. It’s been a slower start than I hoped but Chris and team did everything they committed to do and on time. They’ve offered suggestions based upon their experiences which have been very helpful. I’d work with them again and look forward to expanding to another location.

My Business partner and I found out about Progressive83 earlier this year and took the time out to research their company. We spent time getting to know their team as people both on phone calls and online calls. Once we went ahead with purchasing the business the team were and have been very hands on and supportive. The extensive step by step guide is very user friendly as well as the CRM system and the seamless website.

They are very available and approachable and I would highly recommend this model to any aspiring new business owners.

No I didn’t invest with them. I don’t think they are a match for me. It’s difficult to trust if you can’t see their faces, didn’t receive any legal documentation to support the existence of this company.
Plus the price is the same for Canada and USA, no taking in consideration currency value, higher taxes, and lower population.

Update from 1 star to 4 : After leaving my rate I received a call back from the owner a very agreeable gentleman who was willing to provide me with all information necessary but my time and investment were already somewhere else. Best of luck!

I looked at quite a few business opportunities and franchises before settling in on Progressive 83. I must say that my experience so far has been as advertised. The business model is very well designed and easy to follow. The technology is excellent as well. All the tools are in place to help you succeed in your cleaning business. And most importantly, the team at P83 are amazing! From Sam and Justin at the top, to the trainers Carole and Chris to my sales contact, Raven - every person on the team has been more than helpful and supportive and is truly interested in your success! I would definitely recommend P83 if you are looking for a solid business opportunity!
