I ordered the old version of a B&C T-Shirt, the "Exact190" (TU004), but received the new version #E190" (TU03T). The website distinctively differentiated between the two. Customer service ignored my complaints and wouldn't help. Very disappointed.

Awful customer service and company. The package was abandoned outside the building, which is opposite a public park. There was no delivery note / email to say it had been left outside and obviously we didn't request it to be left in this unsafe place. We notified this company as soon as the delivery was late. They forwarded a picture of DPD leaving it in abandoned outside. Obviously it was stolen. The company won't even contact DPD to question this, their customer service has been so poor its taken a month for them to tell us that they have decided not to speak to DPD as the picture shows the package near the outside of the building, after constantly chasing them with emails, and them lying saying they will follow up with DPD and now notifying me they won't. The DPD deadline to report this is over as they have taken so long and the company is willing to do nothing. AVOID.

I purchased a bunch of tan-tops (value £68.97) plus tax (£13.79) to be shipped to Germany. Shipping cost said "£21.99 via Flat rate". No further cost indicated. This led me to believe all custom tax are included.

A day after ordering DPD delivery service sent me a mail and asked to fill a custom declaration.

I wrote to Proguard customer service and asked why this is. They replied:

"We put it down as a gift so you shouldn’t have to pay anything. The items have already been sent so customs may require payment due to the UK exiting the EU. We did all we could to prevent you paying this."

I replied that i would like them to cancel my order, as i wasn't informed about possible additional custom charges.

They replied:
"We put the order down as a gift so you would not have to pay anything. Unfortunately they have not accepted this so you will have to pay the duty.

If you have previously ordered online from the UK to Germany you would expect to pay a surcharge so you should know that you may incur a charge. We do not know if you was going to get a charge. It’s not a lot of money but that’s up to you. We have fulfilled the order on our side and theirs not a lot more we can do as the goods have left out premises and we have fulfilled the order. "

I asked to cancel my order or refund me the additional custom charges. No reply for 7 days.

Custom ended up charging me an extra 29,06€ import taxes.

I do not usually write reviews, however I am so elated with the service and items received that I wanted to give the team the credit they deserve.

After being let down by our previous uniform supplier, we decided to find another. One of our team members recommended Proguard Workwear since they had used them before.

We have been so happy with the service received. Each time we have made an order they have always supplied our items in a timely manner with great quality goods and customisation.

Ease of ordering & Quick delivery of Items

I reside in the USA. Once I made my purchase they offered to refund me my taxes I paid. That was well over 6 weeks ago. I send an email they say they will credit me but it never happens.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Want to give a massive shoutout to Paul who has been helping me for the past few months and I couldn't ask for better support.

I'm the creative director for a medical students' society at a London university, and reached out to Proguard to try and design puffer jackets for the student body.

Paul gave very clear direction and support in terms of the designs we wanted, and we were quickly able to finalise a design that best suited a puffer jacket. After ordering a sample, the jacket arrived so quickly (within 1 week)!

After assessing the sample, my committee decided to alter a shade of embroidery on the logo and Proguard were so accommodating for this. They even sent us a piece of cloth with the new logo as a sample, just so we would be able to test it out before putting it on more garments.

The final product is beautifully embroidered and the jackets are amazing quality. I'm looking forward to working with Proguard more in the future and would highly recommend to anyone looking to make some custom clothing. Can't wait to offer these garments to the rest of the students as I know they will love them.
