Where the rest of my order
Well i got my package in a timely manner but once i got i am missing some my order like i bouth 2 sets of brake rotors front and rear pairs, advertise as pairs as well. Im missing one of the rotor from both sets... i only got one front and one rear rotors

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I did look into your order and wanted to clear up some info. Looking at the order, everything did ship out as normal. We also sent multiple tracking numbers to your email as well. As is shown in the tracking, one shipment is arriving later than the others. This can occur due to the parts possibly shipping from different warehouses or from slight delays from the shipping companies. We also never received a notification from you that you were missing parts. We always provide the best possible customer support. However, since we were never notified that you were missing parts, there is no way to know that there was an issue. All the shipments we send out are covered by warranties and insurance. As such, if something does arrive damaged, missing, or is lost in transit, you are covered. Please ensure to let us know if any issues appear and we will do what we can to help. Simply reply to any of the emails we have sent and we can help provide more details. If after we have assisted you, you feel that we have provided better assists, please consider revising the review.

I ordered parts and when they arrived they were wrong parts.
I ordered parts and when they arrived they were the wrong parts. I only have communication with emails from customer service. In emails I requested the parts be exchanged for the correct ones. I find out after numerous emails requesting the correct parts in an email, I exceeded 30 days and the email response is to sell the parts myself. Has anyone else been giving this kind of service from this company? I am curious to know! I will express this outrageous customer service on other web services.

From reading the notes on your order, I can tell you that we are indeed accepting the return and waiving all the restocking fees since you're opting for store credit. I see that you ordered Shocks/Struts in late July for the Rear of your vehicle but actually need the Front ones. That's fine, and we'll make sure you get taken care of. We made an exception to our 30 day return policy in your case, as we often can when a manager reviews the situation. For some parts we cannot do this, but in your case everything is going to work out just fine. I ordered an NRG steering wheel and quick release hub for my 03 Mitsubishi eclipse and the customer service was above and beyond knowing that i was missing something they emailed me right away so i can get the correct parts that i needed. Also the shipping was fast and on time.

After reading the notes we had about this situation, it appears you placed a fairly large order and wanted to ship to a totally different address than your billing address. While this is usually fine, on some orders our security system requires us to verify additional details or ship to the billing address for your first order. I'm sorry that you did not like the options we presented you, and I also apologize if any of our team members mis-gendered you (I talked to the one who I think did and it seems to have been an honest mistake). Your order was fully refunded and cancelled out.

Very Professional and Helpful and Quick With The Service
Bought a TPS sensor for a 2002 Acura TL and took about a day for them to process but then only 2 days to ship AND it arrived earlier than predicted that day. They also wrapped the initial sensor in a package and then put that package in ANOTHER bubble-wrapped package. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Per what your emails show, the parts did have some damages and the manufacturer is able to send replacements which we are working on with you to get done. However, we do not see any mentioned regarding any fitment issues. Per your last messages, the current parts were mounted and only 1 of them had damages. I will say that the Carbon Fiber…
I will say that the Carbon Fiber License plate holder are well built. But the two reason I didn't give an five star is because one of the washers that it comes qith wasn't the same size as the other one, and the price of the product is a bit steep.

All packages are properly packed and sealed from the manufacturer and we can assure they are shipped in new condition. However, since some drivers take less care with packages, we always put insurance on all of our packages. I am unsure if you contact our customer service department, but I highly recommend to do so. As mentioned, we put insurance on our packages and you would be fully covered for any damages, lost parts, or missing packages. Simply email us and we'll be happy to help.
