Sinceramente, esta tienda y el producto que pedí (RELABEL Red Parachute Pants) superaron todas mis expectativas.
El soporte técnico fue totalmente transparente conmigo, resolviéndome todas mis dudas. El pedido en perfecto estado, ningún daño en el empaque ni los pantalones y eso que fueron de España a China, además, este solamente tardo 10 días en llegar desde que lo ordené.
Tenia ciertas dudas del IVA y Aduanas, sonaba muy raro que no te cobrasen nada de ello, pero efectivamente, el precio de los pantalones fue el único que me gasté, no hubo ningún extra (Solo en países de Europa).
No puedo decir mucho más, estoy más que contento con esta página y definitivamente volvería a comprar de ella.
Por cierto, hay algunos que se pensaran que soy un "bot" dado a las reseñas de más abajo, para nada, soy un humano como cualquiera que este leyendo esto, solo que ahora soy más feliz después de comprar en esta tienda. :)

I’ve purchased 3 items from them over the years. Very unique pieces. The quality has always been good. The prices are a bit steep but justified by the uniqueness. Customer service hasn’t ever been an issue. I will buy from them in the future if they have something else that catches my eye.

I bought a pair of pants and they took almost a month to arrive. Finally, when they did arrive, they were quite different form the pictures.
This would hace been all since I decided to return them only to find that I had to pay the shipment which was almost as expensive as the pants.
So now I am stuchk with 60$ less and a pair of pants I do not want. What a scam!

I was so excited to receive my order as I really loved these two pairs of pants I purchased. I followed the size guide exactly as provided especially because it was an international order. Not only did the pants take damn near a month to arrive, they did not fit at all the way the size chart said they would. I wanted to exchange for another size but for some reason they could not confirm the measurements on the any of the sizes and I was not about to risk being woefully disappointed again. I would not recommend unfortunately.

Wrong color sent instead of black sent red. chinese svam

I ordered a jacket that was supposed to be black, the color in the pictures was visibly black and it said the color was „black“ in the description. the jacket i received is blue and not even a dark one that looks similar to black it‘s just blue. also the logo that is sewn on the jacket in the pictures is missing. It's also cut differently than in the photos. The shoulders are noticeably wider and, above all, very angular, as if they weren't sewn neatly.
So, of course, I wanted to return the jacket because they said I'd get a refund within 14 days. It turns out you have to pay the return shipping yourself, and you can only ship to the US or China, which costs at least €50 from Europe for a package that size... So it's not worth it for me at all, and now I have to keep the bad jacket.

I rarely write reviews for anything, but this is one of the few clothing brands that I buy consistently from. I've probably made 5 or 6 large orders from them and I've never been disappointed so far; it always fits me accordingly, the shipping is fast once it gets through customs, and the clothing and jewelry always arrive in good condition. Definitely recommend this org to all my friends.

Items received from them were just as described and very fashionable! Customer support was very responsive when it came to getting in touch for any refunds/exchanges. I'll definitely be ordering more from them in the future!

Project ISR is on of the few companies where you can get super unique, high quality fashion pieces from up and coming designers for a fraction of high-end luxury brands. All the stuff I’ve ordered and received is very high quality, as described and premium gas! Will be ordering more in the future

I love this shop. Shipping sometimes takes a little long but it’s worth the wait. The quality of their merchandise is great. Customer service was quick to respond when asked about a return and an exchange. Returns are free.

I have bought from ProjectISR several times now and I’ve always been beyond happy with what I’ve received. My favourite designers are DND4DES, whistlehunter and savagegrowthworld, and I can testify that all of the clothes I’ve received from them have met or surpassed my expectations. The clothes are always noticeably premium quality and, whilst they’re on the pricier side, they provide far more choice and infinitely better quality than anything I can find here in the UK. The measurements are also really accurate and usually they provide specific measurements for each item so you can really find the size that will fit you perfectly. From my understanding they mainly stock smaller Chinese street fashion designers. I think this is particularly awesome because in my experience it can be difficult to find clothes like these outside of Asia. I always get compliments when I wear their clothes too which is always nice XD. Also I’ve never had anything take more than 2 weeks to arrive to the UK either which is really impressive for international, tracking is always provided as well. TBH I don’t usually do trustpilot reviews but I received an email from the projectISR team as I’ve made multiple purchases and they’re wanting more reviews. I’m not getting anything for saying this, just this store really is an absolute gem and it deserves to be seen that way. I really cannot stress enough how much I would recommend projectISR, it’s my favourite place to buy clothes when I have a bit of money floating around XD.

I’ve ordered four shorts and three tops. Everything was fantastic quality and fit. Delivery was speedy. I am constantly getting compliments on their clothes I have purchased. While I wish some of their products had larger waist sizes, that is more an issue that I need to lose weight and not a criticism, as the designer has control over that, not this company

These reviews are actually quite weird. In the last several months, I think I’ve placed at least four different orders — having spent hundreds of dollars and I’ve gotten every order. Because they ship from China, it takes about 2-3 weeks but they always arrive. Also, the quality of the garments are solid too. I took one of my many pairs of pants to my tailor and he was amazed by the weight of the garment. As a shopaholic who’s endeavoring to do better, I think you can trust me in saying that this website is no scam at all. Also, we have to remember that they’re an independent brand and this is Trumps America with tariffs through the roof. Lots of retailers are experiencing this — including SSENSE too. But projectisr is a legit and reputable retailer that I support!
