** SCAM ** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I bought 2 airfryers and received the confirmation email advising order received and delivery will be 3 working days but up to 7, tried to cancel within 10 minutes but already pending in my credit card account, 2 mobile numbers provided but don’t work so now in the hands of my credit card company but will be next month before they can take it forward.

Scam have taken my money and sent confirmation but email and contact numbers don’t work and no goods received

DO NOT USE PROMO MARKET. This website looked legitimate, placed order 1st November for Ninja airfryer and received confirmation promising tracking info and delivery 3-5 days. But NOTHING since. No reply to my emails. One telephone number no longer existed, a second number answered by someone with American accent saying he was a private number and had no knowledge of any web company.!!
The name appearing on my credit card statement was Justclick bathgate - so I guess you need to avoid that company too.

Beware, promo-market.com is a scam company. They pretend they have goods to sell to you at very attractive prices. Do not be fooled. Phone lines don’t work, no one answers E-mails or chat box. There are no goods. If this was real and legitimate there would be many, many happy customers on Trustpilot telling us about the great prices. There aren’t.

Do not be fooled by the 'padlock and https' on the website - the padlock and https only denotes that your details are encrypted until they reach their destination, they DO NOT tell you that a site is genuine or safe.

Do not be fooled by them sending you an order number and E-mail stating:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for shopping with our store. We strive to ship all orders within 3 working days from the date the order was placed. Our standard delivery time is 7 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email. Please let me know if you have any questions. Our support team works daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

It is a scam.

Do not be fooled by their address listed on ‘promo-market.com’ today as: 2nd Floor, 26 Westwood Park, Concord Road, Acton, W3 0TH, the same address you will find given for an Electrical Appliances company called 'b-tools24.com' that was reviewed on Trustpilot this summer and ‘oldschoolelectronics.com’ that happens to have the same London post code and similar address (scroll down on the right of the Trustpilot page under the heading 'Company activity' for the address). I believe what others have commented about: there are many other names for this thieving entity. They seem to be used for a short while, and then discarded.

Do not be fooled by their mostly professional looking website - it is an American designed one (woodmart.xtemos.com) that businesses can buy off the shelf and twiddle with.

Payment for non-existent goods goes to a company called 'justclick' in Bathgate, Central Scotland I presume.

There are many other 'red flags' once you start looking through their website. Check them out at Companies House GOV.UK, using their name and address in the search bar.

I have now had to cancel my bank card and await a new one that will take five days to arrive - if you have come here to check out this thieving entity please don't make the same mistake that I did or you will have nothing to show for your ‘hard earned’ except for lining the pockets of lying, thieving scum.
