I submitted a particularly poorly prepared document that was created by a client. I can't recall what person on your team contacted me but she presented me with the issue and asked if I could work with the client to resolve the glitches she was wrestling with. Not more than 10 minutes from that request I received another message from her saying she had discovered a work around to the problem, hence saving ME time in getting back to the client and getting it fixed for you folks. I can always depend on proofreadNOW and wouldn't even consider any other proofing service. Great people to work with, outstanding turn-around times and reasonable prices!

I have used their services at two different organizations, which means I brought them along with me to my current position because I value them that much. I consider myself to be a good writer/editor and a stickler for editorial style details, but they always, ALWAYS catch things and improve our copy. This has been consistent over the years. PROOF READ NOW IS DA BOMB
I have used Proof Read Now for years. The proofers ALWAYS do a great job and give me the confidence that my work is safe to go to the printer. They are affordable. They are fast. They are dependable.

The ONLY thing I would change about Proof Read Now is the web interface. I feel like I have traveled back in time to 1998. Perhaps I am getting older, but I found this last time using the website especially difficult.

Please invest in a new website. The website should reflect the quality and dependability of the company. Y'all ROCK!

Recommend a better system for quoting for power points - the assumption of 500 words per page makes your quote v high. Also - the census uses Alaska Native for that racial/ethnic category.
