Very comprehensive survey provided promptly and at a very reasonable price. Paul was most helpful.

Excellent service, carried out our survey swiftly and on the date they said they would. Carried out a very meticulous survey which saved me £3000 off the agreed sale price, would gladly recommend to anyone.

Very pleased with the survey; I loved the 360 degree review of the rooms.

Great service! Paul's report was very thorough but easy to understand. He also offered several free follow up calls to help explain and clarify some of the points, and even offered to come back to the property with the roofer in order to fix the problem. Would highly recommend!!

Paul was really helpful from start to finish, and very responsive in getting the report turned around to us. As first time buyers we weren't quite sure on the level of survey we needed but Paul was very honest in recommending an appropriate level and encouraging us to do our research with zero pressure to choose him as our surveyor. We felt the report was very thorough, and Paul was happy to take as much time as needed to go through any questions on the phone, and even recommend some local businesses/ labourers we might want to consult. Thank you Paul!

Swift and profesional. I was really happy with the level of detail in the report they produced. Would definitely use again.

We found the whole process very efficient and competitively priced. Paul was available to advise on the survey required for the type of property we were puchasing. The report was comprehensive and showed defects on the roof which could only have been detected by means of a drone rather than binoculars from ground level. He was very generous with his time and willing to discuss in detail the points raised in the report. We would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.

There was clarity about choices of level of survey and what each entailed and covered, we were able to make an informed decision about what we wanted. When we received our survey the level of detail on every point was excellent. Both my husband and I spent some hours reading, discussing and being satisfied in every particular, it was a truly thorough and clear survey which gave us the confidence we needed for going forward with the purchase of the property.
