At property investors network (pin), we believe that anyone can build long-term wealth through property, with the right knowledge, support, and mindset. Founded in 2003 by Simon Zutshi, experienced investor and author of Property Magic, pin was created to help people just like you whether you're completely new to property or already on your way to invest with more confidence, clarity, and community. Our mission is to empower everyday people to become successful property investors, regardless of their starting point. Through a mix of in-person networking events, online training, practical workshops, and expert coaching, we aim to make the often confusing world of property investing more accessible and less overwhelming. Every month, hundreds of like-minded investors attend our local pin meetings across the UK, where they connect, share ideas, and learn from each other in a supportive, no-pressure environment. These meetings are the heart of our community, and for many, they’re the starting point of something life-changing. We also run a range of hands-on training programmes designed to help you take real action. Whether you're looking to secure your first deal or scale up a portfolio, you’ll find practical tools and expert guidance to help you move forward. But more than anything, we’re about people. We care deeply about helping you create a future you’re excited about, one where your investments support the lifestyle and freedom you’re working towards. Join our community of passionate, proactive investors. Learn with us. Grow with us. And let’s make property investing work for you.

From beginning to end the MMA was exceptional! The venue, the food and most of all, the team! Approachable, helpful and supportive. The content of the training was so in depth and I truly feel I have found the property community that I need to progress. I cannot thank the PIN team enough and cant wait to keep doing more with them!

Highly Recommended -Best Property Training in UK
Joining Mastermind MM36 has been an amazing journey. It’s not just about property knowledge—it’s about mindset, goal setting, laser focus, public speaking, networking, and real-world applications that create lasting transformation.
I honestly didn’t realise how quickly the time has flown. Having been on other property trainings before, I now understand why Simon Zutshi’s Mastermind is so well-known. It has been nothing short of life-changing—a complete transformation.
What makes it even more special is the PIN community, trainers, and coaches, who support you every step of the way. This programme is purely designed for success—I’ve even seen the joy in the PIN team’s eyes whenever someone achieves a breakthrough. Their commitment is genuine, and the whole programme is designed to help us become not just successful investors, but also Property Entrepreneurs of the future.
Hats off to the entire team! 🙌
If you are serious about building a property portfolio, this is without question the original and most sophisticated Mastermind programme out there. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

A gear year Mastermind Property training..…
I had an amazing time on the Property Investors Network and the year long Mastermind. We've achieved so much mentally and physically and our aims of reaching a financial target to become financially free is seriously moving towards our ultimate goal. Although we have replaced one income we are well on the way to wealth creation and cashflow that we'd always been chasing. We have achieved more this year than we have in the last 30. We'll worth the investment. Thank you Simon Zutshi and the ream.

12-month Property Mastermind
I have found the 12-month property mastermind programme with pin transformative. I have been working in local government for over 17 years and living month to month. I felt stuck and didn’t know how to develop other streams of income.
After the 12-months of doing what I have been taught on the property mastermind, I have gained new skills & I have now developed two new streams of property income that could replace my monthly income.
I am going to stay plugged into the pin community as it has built my mindset for property investment, provided me with a supportive network and provided me with first class education in property that is both current & dynamic. Attending Monthly pin meetings has keep me motivated & inspired. Having both a mentor & a coach on Pin fast tracked my property investment journey. I also love the fact that the training is both available to me in person or via phone at my convenience and I have lifetime access to all the Pin resources.

Life-Changing Knowledge & Incredible ROI! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Title: Life-Changing Knowledge & Incredible ROI! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Joining the Property Investors Network (PIN) has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The knowledge, support, and strategies I’ve gained have already earned me 7 times my investment in their training — and that’s repeated income year after year!
As President Obama once said: “If you think education is expensive, try ignorance.” PIN has truly proven that the right education pays for itself many times over.
Highly recommended for anyone serious about growing their property portfolio and building long-term wealth!
