These meetings are the heart of our community, and for many, they’re the starting point of something life-changing. We also run a range of hands-on training programmes designed to help you take real action. Whether you're looking to secure your first deal or scale up a portfolio, you’ll find practical tools and expert guidance to help you move forward. But more than anything, we’re about people. We care deeply about helping you create a future you’re excited about, one where your investments support the lifestyle and freedom you’re working towards. I came along to the 3 day accelerator course to support my partner and was blown away by the genuine and ethical way in which the team operated. For someone with little to no knowledge of property at all, I came away with so much knowledge and confidence that even I could do this too. Thanks team!

Great HMO Live course
I attended the 2-day live HMO course with Simon Zutchi on Zoom this weekend. It was packed with valuable information and tips, featuring top guest speakers in HMO, co-living, and mortgages. The inspiring case studies added great insight. I won this course for free through a draw at the PIN meeting, which made it even better. Thank you so much to Simon, Stuart Scott, Morgan Stewart, and the PIN hosts!

Helped me grow my property portfolio – worth every penny
I've been on Simon Zutshi’s Mastermind and it has made a massive difference to my property journey. It gave me the confidence and knowledge to grow my portfolio and start investing seriously in HMOs.
What really stood out was the camaraderie and support from the group — being surrounded by like-minded people all pushing forward was incredibly motivating. The accountability side helped keep me focused, and the knowledge shared (both from Simon and the other participants) was valuable and action-oriented.
Property is not a get-rich-quick strategy, but if you’re committed and ready to take action, I’d highly recommend Simon's mastermind programme.

I attended one of their regional meetings but felt it was a cult-like organisation, and my bs detector was ringing intermittently. The atmosphere there had a slight flavour of a timeshare sales meeting. Something didn’t quite sit right with me - I won’t be attending any further meetings.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the meeting didn’t sit right with you, that’s never how we want anyone to feel.
At property investors network (pin), we aim to create a welcoming, supportive, and down-to-earth environment where people at all stages of their property journey can learn, grow, and connect with like-minded individuals. Our meetings are led by local investors who volunteer their time because they’re passionate about helping others succeed.
We know we’re not going to be the right fit for everyone, and that’s okay. But we do want to be transparent, we don’t sell property, and we don’t operate like a timeshare or hard-sell organisation. Our focus is on education, networking, and community.
If you’d be open to discussing your experience further, we’d love to hear from you. You can reach us at hello@propertyinvestorsnetwork.co.uk.
Wishing you all the best on your property journey.

Essential for Anyone Serious About Property & Tax Strategy
I’ve spent the last few months planning my HMO strategy but was hitting brick walls trying to get clear, practical tax advice—especially with HMRC constantly tightening the screws. This Staying Wealthy 2-day online conference finally connected all the dots. From capital allowances to SSAS pensions, Legacy Partnerships, dividend splits, and overlooked deductible expenses—every session was packed with real, actionable insights. No sugar coating, everything was grounded and real. If you're building a portfolio and want to keep what you earn, this event is a must. Total clarity. No fluff. Just the stuff serious investors need.

A tiring yet informative two days
It was a positive two days and lots of learning and information to consider. Speakers were very knowledgeable and gave some fantastic ideas on which to implement and use moving forward. Yes, there are sales for their services but then how else would you know who to access and where to learn from as we can only do so much ourselves. Some presenters were better than others yet all in all the detail and assistance provided to make you thrive and live life as fully as possible was brilliant.
