On the 22nd of February I was down in clare visiting friends. I came back to my rented house in stradbally from property Property. I found out I lost my key's .I called Tony Brown at about 00.00 hours. Tony answered my call and thankfully he left me spare key's up in downeys shop i was very grateful and thanks to Tony Brown.

We made the mistake of renting our house through them,finally house has been given back to us ,it is in a terrible condition, kitchen cabinets,walls ,doors,wardrobes ,ceiling are completely ruined by tenants,house smells really bad,there are patches of different finish of floors in our house every room has a different patch of carpet whereas they took money from us for to lay laminated floors all over,which is no where to be seen,when I asked Tony who painted the kitchen cabinets without our permission he started shouting at me in return,we asked them to repair damages from tenants deposit(which is rtb rule),they said that everything is fine in the house its your eyesight you cannot see properly, bathrooms are in terrible condition broken bathroom fittings, broken shower door,all wardrobe handles are broken,we have taken pictures of all the repairs as a proof to further proceedings.They are constantly harassing me to remove my honest reviews otherwise they will harm me,it is going to cost around 8000 to9000 to renovate the house.

I had a highly disappointing interaction with a staff member named Jennifer, whose behaviour came across as childish and unprofessional. She appeared to have little understanding of her own responsibilities or even basic courtesy, escalating a non-issue into a major problem for no apparent reason other than to assert authority.

On a positive note, Marian was polite, helpful, and professional throughout my experience, and she seems to be the best person to deal with at this business.

Unfortunately, there has been no acknowledgment of my formal complaint from management, which further highlights poor practices and a lack of accountability within the organisation.

Don’t Use if you value your home or peace of mind. Complete chancers

Great & helpfull owner Mr. Tony Brown will get you matter of time your desired home in County Laoise or elsewhere

If I could give a negative star rating I would.

If you are a tenant who doesn't want to pay your rent, or have no references beyond your mother saying you are nice, who wants to open a business in the house, leave broken down furniture in the garden, redecorate the house without permission, break internal glass, damage landlords belongings or act in any number of terrible ways with absolute impunity, I would highly recommend you rent a house from property properly. I can even provide photos to show how others have done it if you are lacking destructive inspiration.

If you want terrible communication, complete silence when you are trying to get things sorted, your garden destroyed by their "gardener" and generally just a really unprofessional service absolutely go to them. Again lots of photos and emails to back this up.

I suppose I may be unfairly judging them as I have rented an apartment from a letting agent myself and have gotten used to the expectations when proper professionals do it.
