Please avoid at all costs.They are scammers from spain..You pay for postage but end up with over 50 pounds being taken from your account..I have reported this company to everything I can ..I cannot believe they are still aloud to remain in business

Misleading. Site advertised price as £9.90 for 4 hr or £6.90 for 24hr service. Got charged £45 and had to wait 2 weeks for my certificate. Complained & found that these charges detailed are just the speed of service, in very small print at the bottom of the page it advised there is a £44.90 surcharge to all orders. Very misleading if not fraud.

I asked for records, 2 prices came up ,I clicked on £9.90. I thought it was a bargain. That was the only price that came up. The bank asked me to verify the payment which said property records uk £0. I thought that's strange but approved it. Then immediately over £54 came out of my bank. PROPERTY RECORDS UK ARE SCAMMERS. Do not use them.

Makes you feel sick. Total scam. Quoted £6.90 and charged £76.80 after payment! Doubt I will get a response from them but need to do it to satisfy the bank.

These people are scammers. They are using any docs they send to you to scam your compter. Do not open anything from them.
research them and you will find that there are a lot of unhappy people being tied into subscriptions. They are based in Spain so not much anyone can do about them except complain to the bank and report fraud

Same experience as the others. Looks completely legitimate website which comes up first on web search with a price of £6.80 or similar quoted for 4 hour turnaround for title information. However, once you have clicked on that and gone to pay, a much larger sum of money taken, for me £76.80. No documents received by email and no response to emails.

Looked legit priced the search around £6-50 but billed me £57

Edited to add that when I notified my bank the scammers had somehow added a repeat payment so check yours out

Total SCAM. DO NOT USE. They rip you off. They quote £6.90 for their services and then take £76. Total frausters.

Like all of the others submitting info on this site, I was scammed by this company after entering the HM land registry in the search area this site comes up, and appears to be a genuine site. After filling in the details of what I was requesting it gives a few different prices for the service depending on how quickly you want the info.I wasn't in a hurry so thankfully went for the cheapest option which was around £7 as soon as I hit the confirm payment button I had notification that I had been charged £51.80. On digging deeper its a company registered abroad, I have contacted them via email but I'm sure I won't get a response.
