I would like to share my experience with Prop Fintech during the quote process.
From the initial contact, the company representatives' demeanor was unprofessional. When I requested a quote, they explicitly stated that they did not want to offer me any price without first seeing the prices I had received from other companies. Despite this, in order to move the process forward, I provided them with verified quotes from other companies. Only after this stage did they give me a price.
Even more disturbing was the attitude I encountered when I tried to negotiate the quote. They repeatedly used phrases like:
“We are the best”
“If you received quotes from other companies, why don’t you choose them?”
These statements were made in a rude and condescending tone.
While it is perfectly natural for a customer to consider alternatives, questioning this and speaking in a condescending manner is unacceptable. This is not the approach expected from a fintech company that claims to be corporate.
In conclusion:
A serious trust issue has arisen due to:
A non-transparent bidding process
Failure to submit a price without seeing competing bids
Unprofessional and rude communication style
I am sharing this review to inform other users so that they do not experience a similar process.
