3 months no product and rude Customer service.
This company is not a good company at all. Ordered a pair of pods back in May only to be told 3 months later( this past Monday) that it was not delivered. I’ve sent several emails requesting info or updates during those 3 months and I was told it was on the way several times but it wasn’t. Their customer service person was very rude and even told me that constantly emailing them wouldn’t make my product come any sooner! Really? Only after I filed a complaint through PayPal was I refunded. Company definitely doesn’t stand by any of their claims on their website with shipping, gave me a USPS tracking number and when contacted they had not record of the product ever being sent. Total joke, if you want the run around and an empty promise and subpar customer service, go ahead and order a pair from them. You might get them by 2021 if your lucky.

ProPods are great
I did have a few issues to start with as my original pair of ProPods didn’t work but I was able to have a replacement sent which work great. Would definitely recommended buying if your interested in getting wireless earphones as they are really good for the price.

Order was made in May, 9th.....3 month ago and I never received the product....it’s always the same excuse, COVID.......they promised when I bought 7-14 delivery business days, paid for fast delivery...I don’t want the product anymore....I let them know about it many times, and the only answer is “we can’t refund you, cause the product is in transit”....so, do I need to wait forever? They didn’t accomplish what they promised....it wasn’t my fault....the product is not gonna arrive......I want my money back.....they blocked me on Instagram too.....Ryan, the owner, never answered my email anymore....I lost $119....the customer service is horrible

The propods are NOT reliable and I will not recommend them. They disconnect abruptly and the battery life is really poor. You need to take a look at the return policy. You can only return if package is unopened and hasn’t been used. How can one tell if something works properly without using them? I tried to get mine returned but I wasnt given any attention. They technically forced me to own it. The customer service representative kept proffering solutions that weren’t helping. I wish I had incurred the extra cost on the original Apple AirPods and saved myself this stress. 😞☹️

Frustrated in California
I placed my order in mid May. I still have not received my package. They flat out lied to me and said the earbuds are shipping within the U.S.. Maybe once it arrives from China, it ships within the U.S.. Like a fool, I even paid for expedited shipping. This was a gift for my son's bday. I have since bought him a less expensive pair of earbubs which were shipped and received within 10 days. At this point, I just want a refund. My order # is 2093.
8/5/20 Update - After my previous post, someone from Propods reached out to me and assured me that if I didn't receive the earbuds by the end of July, he would either refund my money or send me a new pair. Well, the end of July came and went and still no earbuds. I reached out to the person who said they would make things right, to no avail. I am in the process of reporting this company to the BBB and my credit card company fraud department. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Still waiting for mine. It says 5-7 Days. It’s day 14 and nothing seems to happen. No apologies. No information. Pretty much nothing at all. Im gonna keep u up to date. But the delivery is obviously awful.

Today I received my Propods.
Yesterday I bought the Apple Airpods.

Design:
The Propods have a good design. They are almost identical to the airpods. Just small differences like the charging light on the case. But the propods feel a bit lighter.
Sound:
The quality of the sound is ok. They definitely are not as good as the airpods. Less Bass, and the sound just feels a lot „cheaper“. But if you‘re ok with „medium“ sound quality those are perfect for you. Because you pay less and still got headphones that look good.
But if good sound quality is important to you. I would recommend you to buy the Airpods.

Refunding my money and Giving Free Order to Replace My Order.
They are refunding my money and replacing my order at 100% free of charge (still waiting to receive). I just had a bad experience with them. I placed my order on 22nd April 2020, after sending several emails requesting for my order status finally I received my shipping confirmation email on May 1st (a week later) with no tracking number. I reached out to customer service Ryan and Support.net, requesting for the tracking number they keep replying to me that the tracking details is attached to my order number, however, I don’t receive any!!. They said their delivery time is around 5-12 business days and now it has been 2 months today 16 June 2020 and still, I haven't received my tracking number/ my item. On June 6, I requested a refund, and they completely ignored me after that. I totally regret purchasing this, I'm sharing this to stop the scam. Ima keeps update on the status:
June 18
I reached out to the support@propods requesting assistance, and the informed me they will update me on the status.
June 21.
I reached out again requesting for their assistance, their reply said the management team will update me the status
July 1st.
It has been 2 months since I received an email said my item has been shipped on 1st May but with no tracking number. Once again I reached out to them. They told me to reach for Kevin.
July 3rd.
I received a reply from Kevin and told me that my order was never sent and he offers me a refund and replaces my unit with 100% free of charge. I really appreciate his prompt response and try to solve my problem. Finally, someone did his job. And also was told later that my item has been shipped.
July 5th.
I received a receipt said my refund is under process and still waiting for the bank to process. I guess I'ma wait another day to receive my item. Overall I'm satisfied with their offer to resolve my issue and I will update once I received the item.

They’re really great headphones! However, the video review in this website is extremely misleading. I didn’t receive extra ear tips with my headphones and I contacted support just to be told that “they don’t come with extra ear tips” which in my opinion, they should if they’re going to show them on their website. I’m quite disappointed only because I need the small ones on normal headphones because of how small my ears are.
I followed this company on Instagram and after waiting a couple weeks after I had received my order I saw a post that had the extra ear tips. I commented and asked if the product came with extras and the propods person responded YES. They lied to me yet again. I will not buy anything from here ever again. While the product was good, customer service and reliability is absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your time.
It took me exactly three weeks and 1 day to receive my item and I live on the east Coast USA.

Don’t buy. Had these for two days and still not working. I have tired their suggested fixed multiple times to no avail. Also they advertise they come with engraving - not true! And that they are packaged similar to Apple with the plastic film - again not true.
Update 10.08 - propods have tried to remove my review twice. They offered to replace mine almost a month ago. I had no response so tried to contact them on Instagram. They have blocked me. It’s good I have a screenshot of everything. You can’t hid your poor service by continuing to report the review.

This company is a scam. I placed my order in the beginning of January, and was emailed a few weeks later saying the delivery would be delayed due to Chinese New Year, but I would receive it by the beginning of February. Fine. By mid-February, still no sign of the delivery and no updates to the order tracker (order was still being "prepared"). I reached out to customer service, they asked me to wait a few more weeks. I did. In March, I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. They refused, saying that the product was already on its way and could not be cancelled (despite no update to the order tracker, which still said order was being "prepared" and thus not shipped yet). I gave them the option to cancel and refund me, and they refused, threatening me with small claims court if I contacted my credit card company to cancel the charge. Absolute waste of time and waste of money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Really really really happy about these! They feel really good in the hand, I recently sold my original AirPods 2 on eBay as I needed some cash and purchased these. Honestly these have slightly more bass and the sound is pretty similar I’m not very good at noticing any small differences. But from what I could tell they are really similar and the weight is the same also as I weighed it (38 grams)

Do not recommend. Overpriced crap.
I use an iPhone 11 and the Propods only work with my iPhone where I can turn off an ear sensor to allow them to work at a mediocre level. Still have issues with the ProPods cutting in and out. I would not suggest buying these. Overpriced crap.
