I approached PROPP for bridging loan finance. Matt is exceptional - he is very knowledgeable, experienced and delivers high quality advice and a range of options to guide / assist with the process.

The transaction had a number of complexities. The team were fantastic throughout, and I would like to mention everyone involved:

Kyle dealt with the pre-offer. He was always contactable, delivered a lot of information in a digestible manner and very prompt / swift with communicating queries and clarifications .

Yve dealt with post offer. She was always present and very proactive in going above and beyond with communicating between the engaged solicitors.

Harriet also dealt with post offer, and was able to step in late in the process with full knowledge of the complexities surrounding the transaction.

This transaction was on a very tight and strict deadline. At one point, it looked as though this would not be met. Matt was able to steer the process and demonstrated industry leading competence. Thank you to the team at PROPP, cannot recommend highly enough and will use again.

Propp were understanding of the situation and urgency. They ( especially Joao) acted promptly and the advice given were spot on and kept us updated.

I was looking to refinance my business with a commercial mortgage. A few of the firms I looked @ were looking for a fee using a percentage rate in relation to the borrowing. I liked the idea of a fixed fee with no surprises.They were friendly and very knowledgeable about my needs,Propp asked for every bit of information a bank would ask for initially and presented it to possible lenders. Propp was available for any questions I had and guided me through the process. I think I would have given up if I tried on my own. Their service was invaluable to me and I can’t thank them enough.
