In 1998, Propstore founder Stephen Lane’s love for movies led him to hunt for the same props and costumes used to create his favorite films. The last few times I have bought…
The last few times I have bought something over the last few months I have had many problems with Propstore, the shipping times are excessively long (always more than a month) and I always have to insist a thousand times to make the shipment or they forget completely. In addition, they do not always respond to emails and when they do it is to give excuses but without solving the problems.

Nice little bundle of treasures

Disappointing, poor customer service
Inquiries regarding further action after the purchase were answered after 2 weeks. After a problem with the item was reported, all friendliness disappeared and they just referred to paragraphs without helping. Very disappointing.

As always packing is superb! From a purchase at your LA shop the same packaging is received, and offering me to make several interest free payments allowed me to purchase more!
Pleased with all the Jurassic Park/Jurassic World props and items that have been added to my collection, which are and will be on display at the new Indiana Dinosaur Museum in South Bend, IN.

Propstore is mostly a great experience but could improve
Propstore for the most part is a great experience. Everything is authentic with documentation. It would be much better if they offered multiple COA’s for lots with multiple items upon request so that you wouldn’t lose your documentation if you sold only one or two of the items in that lot. The shipping times are very long and communication could use some work however they are very knowledgeable and helpful when you have a question.

Be careful - payment taken, no comms for 2 weeks since
Ordered a gift to be in time for Birthday/Christmas on 1 Dec. Got email confirmation and payment taken but silence since. Be careful if ordering to any specific deadlines given time of year.
Edit/update: after emailing their support team in Uk and US again they picked up and used their premium post option to get this to me 48 hours after acknowledging the email. It was still late but once contact established they responded well. The item is in perfect condition.

Stating next day delivery and took over two weeks. Charging 80 pound and not delivering within the timescales. Automated email replies with no real apologies just blaming an increase workload. Disappointed as after spending all that money and expecting it next day and items being two weeks later is unacceptable

We try to make it as clear as possible that the shipping quotes and time scales selected at checkout are from an external shipping company and not Propstore. So, for example, your order will have been the next-day shipping service from when we handed the order to FedEx and provided you a tracking number.
Propstore cannot and does not guarantee next-day packaging of any orders as many of the items that we sell are extremely fragile and will require specialist packaging, which can take time. Many of our customers have commented favourably on this approach, stating that they are happy to wait a little longer if the packaging is done correctly.
I apologise for the misunderstanding this time around, but I trust the items were received in great condition and that you are happy with your purchase.

Memorable visit & Exceptional service
Our visit to Propstore's London warehouse was an unforgettable experience and truly the highlight of our trip. The warm welcome and engaging tour led by Jamie made it even more special. Jamie's knowledge and passion for cinematic memorabilia shone through, and his personable nature (and memorable sweater!) left a lasting impression on us and our kids, who couldn't stop talking about the visit. The collection was astonishing, with standout pieces like the Alien Queen and the Mars Attacks puppet sparking endless conversations afterward. The team's dedication to showcasing and preserving movie history is clear. Exceptional Customer Service
Recently, I placed an order with Propstore. As always, the way in which it was handled was second to none. The customer service including updates during the process was exceptional. A real blockbuster of a tour
We were lucky enough to be on the Propstore Tour this week, and absolutely loved every bit of it.
Graham and Luke, our Guides, were brilliant - informative, enthusiastic and had a great sense of humour. We particularly loved the behind the scenes stories of some of the props and how they were found and authenticated. Inspired to rewatch some classic films now we've seen the props and wardrobe pieces up front. All apart from Forest Gump - sorry Graham, I'm not watching that one again.
