They are denying me an $11,000 payout for using more than 25% of the margin (27%), but what is wrong with this?
1.Platform Settings: Your system explicitly allows and enables the use of higher lot sizes.
2. Risk Control: This does not impact risk or account safety, as the Maximum Drawdown limit of 1% strictly protects against losses.
3. Profit Consistency: This does not affect profit evaluation because the consistency rule is set at 20%.
Where is the issue with using 27% of the margin that your platform purposefully allows on the account?
They can put less leverage so they don't make that mistake

The 25% margin limit is clearly stated in our trading rules and was known before the payout request. A platform may technically allow higher exposure, just as a car can exceed the speed limit, but that does not remove the obligation to follow the rules. In this case, 27% was used, exceeding the maximum permitted margin; therefore, the payout could not be approved.

Dejan operar con más lotaje por si acaso llega al retiro decir que usó más margen y negar pago, y si quema la cuenta no importa porque el dashboard ni siquiera avisó vas y compras otra cuenta y otra vez sigues operando con el lotaje por aquello de que llegues al retiro y aún así vas a llegar y cuando retires te van a negar y ahí van a estar la gente comprando y llegando al retiro y negando los pagos

La regla de margen está publicada claramente en nuestra página web y es responsabilidad de cada trader conocerla antes de comprar. El dashboard no sustituye la lectura de las normas. Si se cumplen todas las condiciones, el retiro se aprueba; si se incumplen, no puede procesarse.

1. Configuración de plataforma: Tu sistema permite explícitamente el uso de lotes de mayor tamaño.(para usar más marge, por que no solo bajan el apalancamiento para uno no cometer ese error?
2. Control de riesgos: Esto no afecta al riesgo ni a la seguridad de la cuenta, ya que el límite máximo de retirada del 1% protege estrictamente contra pérdidas, el margen no afecta eso
3. Consistencia en beneficios: Esto no afecta a la evaluación de beneficios porque la regla de consistencia se establece en un 20%, tampoco afecta el margen

Gracias por compartir tu opinión. Sin embargo, nos gustaría aclarar algunos puntos importantes sobre tu caso.
En tu segundo retiro, nuestro equipo detectó que varios parámetros de tus operaciones, incluyendo entradas, salidas, instrumento y tamaño de las posiciones, coincidieron con los de un grupo de otros traders, al segundo y al pip, en múltiples ocasiones. Por este motivo, la operativa no reflejaba patrones propios de análisis técnico independiente, sino patrones compatibles con la recepción de señales de terceros o la copia de operaciones de otros traders, lo cual incumple nuestras reglas.
También queremos aclarar que no es correcto afirmar que “mientras pierdes todo está bien y cuando ganas se considera que has infringido una norma”. De hecho, tu propio caso demuestra lo contrario: cuando operaste utilizando tu propia estrategia y cumpliste con las reglas, solicitaste tu primer retiro y lo recibiste sin ningún problema.
Las decisiones sobre los retiros no dependen de si un trader gana o pierde, sino del cumplimiento de las condiciones aceptadas para la cuenta. Cuando la operativa cumple con las reglas, el retiro se procesa; cuando se detecta un incumplimiento, debemos actuar de acuerdo con dichas condiciones.
Lamentamos que tu experiencia haya terminado de esta manera, pero consideramos importante explicar el contexto completo para que otros usuarios puedan entender la situación.

Empresa fraudulenta o malos sistemas.
Cancelaron mis cuentas inventando información de que alguien más se habría conectado desde mi dispositivo con otra cuenta a otro nombre dentro de PropXP. Esto es completamente falso, y lo peor es que es un invento irrefutable. Podrían inventarse esa información de cualquiera para mantener vivo su negocio y cancelar cuentas. Es una advertencia: NO COMPREN CUENTAS CON ELLOS, les pueden hacer lo mismo a ustedes.
Edit: Sobre la respuesta: Insisto: si dicen que se rigen por análisis objetivos, entonces, como dice mi título, sus sistemas son malos y por tanto no se puede confiar en ellos. No pagaría para que me cancelaran una cuenta arbitrariamente a base de que "sus registros técnicos" muestran información que no tiene que ver con la realidad. No hubo nadie distinto a mí operando en otra cuenta de PropXP, como dicen, pero no hay forma de refutarlo. Por tanto, mantengo mi llamado a no confiar en esta empresa.
No me interesa perder la cuenta, pero sí me importa que otros clientes no sean víctimas de esta gente, o para ser más correctos, de sus registros fallidos e incomprobables.

Lamentamos que no esté de acuerdo con el resultado de la revisión de su caso.
Sin embargo, queremos aclarar que PropXP no cancela cuentas basándose en suposiciones ni "inventando información", como usted afirma. Las decisiones de cumplimiento se adoptan únicamente cuando existen evidencias técnicas objetivas y tras un proceso de revisión exhaustivo.
En su caso, los registros técnicos mostraron que el mismo identificador único de dispositivo (CID), registrado por los servicios de MetaTrader 5 (MetaQuotes), fue utilizado para acceder a dos cuentas de PropXP registradas a nombre de personas distintas. Como consecuencia, no es posible verificar que ambas cuentas estuvieran siendo operadas de forma independiente por sus respectivos titulares, tal y como exige el Acuerdo de Trader de PropXP.
Esta decisión se basó exclusivamente en la evidencia técnica registrada durante los accesos a las cuentas de PropXP, por lo que estuvo respaldada por evidencias objetivas y se adoptó de conformidad con el Acuerdo de Trader y nuestras políticas de cumplimiento.
Le deseamos lo mejor en sus futuros proyectos de trading.
