I have been trying to get my Honda Ridgeline transported from IAAI in New Jersey to Pennsylvania but the price was expensive and with delays. Fortunately, Charles of ProShip Auto came to my rescue. He was extremely helpful throughout the process of picking up the vehicle from IAAI and to my location at a reasonable cost. No extra cost was added to the agreed amount. I discussed with Charles late in the afternoon on 4/22/24 and to my surprise, the my truck was delivered the next day 11:20 AM with no issues. Thank you Charles. My vehicle needed to be transported from Connecticut to Florida. Robert Hope made it happen in a timely manner and with no problems. I will definitely use him again and I will definitely let my friends know about him and his service.

They underbid their quote, and then sell high once they have you signed on. For example, they offered a quote for $575, then contacted a driver who said he would do it for $1,300. Cancellation fee is $200. They'll do or say whatever sounds good to get your money.

In what seems to be a very competitive, unease business. Charles, from ProShip transport made me feel comfortable and the overall process easy to do business with him. My BMW was delivered on-time and at the cost we agreed upon. I will definitely use them again.

Justin was dedicated and efficient in getting a driver that could transport my car from Florida to New Jersey. The rate was competitive and much better than most companies. The driver kept me updated on the car transport and when to expect it.
I’d recommend his service and will definitely ship a car with him again.

I placed this order with them on 4/7. Within 24 hours, they are trying to jack me by saying they need almost 4 times as much money. If you read deep into their reviews, you will see that this is how this company operates. It lowballs you into an agreement with them and then it strings you along and forces you to pay them more money. This is extortion at its finest. It's also fraud!

BTW, if you try calling ANY of the customer service numbers that are posted by "customer service" agents for Proship, you will reach the same crooked "mush mouth" who cannot speak straight. All of the phone numbers reach the same individual . They all say the same thing: The guy who's name is supposedly "bruce" said "What...you want me to pay to ship your car?" -- this is after I asked him why his crooked company cannot keep the covenant of good faith and fair dealing and honor the price they committed to just 24 hours ago.

Think long and hard before dealing with this company. Do you really want to put yourself through this to save a little money to ship your car?

Update as of 4/22 - These people keep contacting me even after I have said that I will cooperate with law enforcement to prosecute their attempt to extort money from me. These scoundrels tried to censor this review and now they are harassing me nonstop! Even after I rejected their attempts to extort money from me.

Update 4/25 - Just look at the fraudulent response I got from this DUMB, shady crooked company. I didn't ask for a discount. You quoted one price and then you attempted to extort money from me almost instantly. And then to add insult to injury, you kept texting me like EVERY DAY with your corrupt and crooked offer to ship my vehicle at a much higher price. YOU GUYS ARE ***HOLES. You are such a disgrace to humanity. And then you pretend like you run a reputable operation. Anyone who has half a brain will read the other reviews and figure out that you are evil!!

MY EXPERIENCE WAS ALMOST THE SAME AS THE PREVIOUS PERSON - Worst experience ever, I communicated with the company to transport my Jeep Wrangler and was given a quote. I inquired to make sure the cost would not go up due to the tire sizes (sent in pictures) and was told that the price quoted would not change.
I signed a contract, paid a deposit. I also got it in writing that if the agent was not able to find a driver for the price agreed to in the contract I would get a refund. (Of course that has not happened!!)
I had to reach out the before the scheduled pick up,because I had no information regarding the pickup, then Charles tells me that the driver he had picked, had to go pick up another load; and that he needed to find another driver.
When he finally found a driver the same day that my jeep was scheduled to be picked up I was told the vehicle was considered an SUV and I would have to pay over $800 of the quoted price.
Mind you I was at work trying to deal with this agent Charles texting me and trying to convince that the money was not going to him but to the driver, that gas is expensive and that the route from Fla to Ga there is not a good road. Why would you quote me a price that would not cover these items?
He also told me that I could leave my keys with a neighbor and they would just pick up my jeep and transport it. (as if I would trust them.)

I stood my ground - lost my deposit because of course he hasn't returned it - no honor in his word or this company. I had to rent a pick up truck and trailer and tow the vehicle myself (with my husband).
This was such a mental and physical strain - all unnecessary.
I agree fully - It’s all a scam, they’re doing this on purpose.

Worst experience ever, book a load 1 month in advance. Contract signed and everything. Two days before, I don’t get a call for prearrangements or anything, so I get worried and call Proship Auto, they tell
me that the driver that picked up the load from load board on the initial day we made these arrangements is no longer available and that he needs to find another driver. It’s all a scam, they’re doing this on purpose. I had no choice but to pay double the price last min to get my cars to its destination. I had a flight the next morning, these people left me with no choice. Never ever deal with these unprofessional scammers.

Simply reached out to see if they had any drivers in the area today due to current vendor having an unexpected delay. With NO contract signed, they posted the job on a national board stating signed contract. That led to my current reservation being canceled by the driver despite having screenshots asking for it to be removed because we had no contract and I’d keep my current reservation. DO NOT do business with this company. It’s a scam-especially Charles with two phone numbers!!! After blowing up my phone for over a month, they haven’t responded to one text or call in the past two hours!! These two phone numbers begin with 445 and 878. (I was asked to remove the whole number. I have screenshots of the entire conversation on both numbers which will be posted on other review sites and social media until the false post is removed and confirmed by my current vendor!

Update response to your reply: yes I wanted a quote-not a false post stating YOU had a signed contract with me which caused ALOT of problems. No one mentioned anything about a refund or anything else in your response. You are avoiding what YOU did just confirming even further what a scam this is.

2nd update to 2nd reply-I provided the screenshot to your phone yesterday. Then you sent one back with different prices. So in that response you even admitted making the post, but for a less amount. Check out your mileage rates-doesn’t add up-SCAMMER!! I have these screenshots as proof and the time they were sent. I have all communication. This has nothing to do with another vendor. This review is about my experience with YOU! If there was a way to post pictures on here-trust me everything would already be here. I’ll send the screenshots to trust pilot so they can see this is a legitimate review of my experience.

The lady was screaming at me when the quote went from $345 to $1300 and I refused to pay. (No I didn’t ship my vehicle) I told her that was bait and switch and she claimed it wasn’t her fault. She screamed at me for 15 minutes and hung up on me. My guess is half of these reviews are fake.

I had to ship my car at a short notice; Kendall White was amazing, she worked so hard to arrange for transportation of my jeep Wrangler for the best price, And followed up the next morning and ensured everything was all set. Great service, thank you Kendall!

ProShip Auto Transport is a great company you can trust To shipped your car. I call them and in two days can was delivered from GA to NJ.
