Great item,struggled to find it anywhere else

I purchased a black metal access panel, and this was one of the few suppliers offering a non-plastic product. The item arrived promptly via Royal Mail as corresponds exactly with the specs.

Will use again.

Only 1 of the two items ordered were in stock. I had paid for 24 hour postage as goods were urgently required. Very unhelpful response and would not send 1 item on its own even after requesting this twice. I did get a full refund but the delay was costly as I had to purchase elsewhere. My advice would be to think twice before using this company as clearly the customer does not come first.

My order was done quickly and efficiently and arrived on time in excellent condition thank you

Reducer dimensions not as expected - will sort of work with some sealant - and ducting the wrong size

Item was 5mm oversize from advertised size. 105 instead of 100mm.

The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery was prompt.

Prostko were great! Their website worked perfectly, and I'm really pleased with the chimney pipe. However Evri let them down. They delayed the delivery by several days, why I don't know but it was at the collection end.

Should be called prostJOKE, ordered a vent diffuser with spring clips,waited 10 days for delivery,item finally turns up without the spring clips that actually hold the item in place,that's good ,contacted customer services only to be told that the dispatch team have confirmed that my item was new,sealed and all pieces were included,hahaha ok,clown company that scam people,avoid at all costs.

Do not order from this company. Sent wrong unusable items and refuse to pay return postage.

DREADFUL, I needed to return the item: there was no contact number as they stated. There was no way to contact them as the contact provision didn't accept any e-mail.
I wish I had read the reviews and fully agree with Paul above even tho we have never met.
Avoid this company at all cost

It's a scam. We got a faulty extremely poor quality product from them. They have no contact number, but they only have an email. They want us to send the faulty product at our cost and agreed to pay the refund including the postage price. Once they receive the item they will keep it and will go quiet. They are reselling the the faulty products to other customers as it look. We have reported to ebay about their fraud.

Ordered goods over a week ago. Items state that delivery is 24 hour tracked. No tracking information provided. No phone number for company. Have sent 4 emails and 3 messages on the website, with no reply. Fear I have been scammed. I will be contacting bank fraud department today to process a claim.
These companies absolutely disgust me. Avoid at all costs!

Purchased three large door vents; all were supplied without fittings which they were advertised as coming with. Customer services only offered a refund '...at my expense...' to return, and as items would have been expensive to return, I suspect they were hoping that was that, which it was...

Da evitare, società che truffa i propri clienti.
Dopo avermi inviato uno sportello per ispezione di plastica (tra le altre cose arrivato rotto) anziché di metallo come acquistato e pagato, chiedo il reso e mi viene richiesto di inviare a mie spese l'articolo danneggiato e che mi avrebbero rimborsato.

Quando ricevono l'articolo mi rimborsano una cifra inferiore a quanto da me pagato e non mi rimborsano le spese della spedizione per il reso.

Mi hanno mandato un oggetto sbagliato e rotto e quando lo hanno ricevuto indietro mi hanno risposto che l'articolo era danneggiato e non potevano rimborsarmi! TRUFFATORI!

State alla larga! Società così dovrebbero fallire prima di iniziare a lavorare!
