I didn't buy anything yet, had a question about a helmet cover, wrote late on Sunday, got a clear, helpful and professional response within 12 hours that helped make my decision. Thank you again.

Solid product!
Ordered a ARCH HIGH CUT helmet and was blown away by the quality and overall impression of it. It's the most comfortable helmet I've ever worn whether it's been gov. issued or civilian. It's a buy once, cry once product for sure but it's worth every penny they charge you for it. Only downside was the long lead time (close to 2 months) but hey, it is what it is.
