Do not use them
Do not use them! They are con artist. I paid $2400. They told me it would cover everything and that I would be able to sell in Amazon. But it's been a year and I can't sell anything. These people don't know what they doing and they are scamming me! Don't use them!!

Incomplete filing and continual asking for extra fees.
For us they filed a Trademark application and charged $350 per "class" for 5 classes = $1750 which I paiod.
Although they did in fact file, they had a wrong description which they promised to change - but never did. They also called and asked us to pay more to defend the trademark which I declined.
Three months later they called asking for another $925 per class x 5 classes to change the description and also because our company is more than 20 years old! Clearly a scam.

they are liars and they stopped answering and returning my calls. please don't be foolish to use them to start your trademark! ask amazon for their referrals instead!!
