proxy packaege are not available for me order. simply i cannot order until i verify idiot thing s like name etc. i i did it but proxy packages are still not available for me,, very bad policy and it worth nothing.. i do not recommend it

Switching location was quick, and the IPs stayed stable the whole time. ProxyJet setup was simple, and it worked exactly as I needed.

ProxyJet was super easy to setup and worked great for accessing region locked content. The speed was stable, and the interface is clean and user friendly

Been using this proxy for about 6 months now. Speed and uptime are solid. I run several scrapping scripts, and I've had minimal issues. Support is very responsive and helpful. Worth the price.

So far so good. Proxies are working as expected with almost no fails, where I was having problems with other providers. The only thing I'd suggest improving is the overall design of the interface as it could be more polished but happy with the service. Also there should be an option not to always "subscribe" by default when you buy GB and then have to manually cancel if that's what you didn't want.

I liked how fast support responded when I had a problem. Also, their pricing made it easier to stay under budget. Simple, smooth, and works as expected.

I PURCHASED A PROXY SERVICE. IT WORKED ONE TIME VERY VERY SLOW AND 4 TIMES WAS OFF. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY PROXY JET VIA WHATSAPP.
THEY ASKED ME TO DO SEVERAL TESTS WHICH I DID AS ASKED. THOSE TESTS NOT ON LY DIDN'T SOLVE THE ISSUE BUT ALSO USED ALL MY DATA. SO I CONTACTED AGAIN THE COMPANY TO FIND A SOLUTION AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DON'T REFUND.
THIS IS A SCAM, I PURCHASED A PRODUCT THAT I COULDN'T BENEFIT OF AND NO SOLUTION WAS OFFERED TO ME. CHEAP PRICE FOR A VERY POOR SERVICE. STAY AWAY

Rude and arrogant, typical Aussie mentality. Terrible customer attitude.

I want to inform any potential customer that I got double charged in data consumption by ProxyJet, after informing them and providing multiple logs & data about the usage which they repeatedly asked throughout 3 weeks.

They "compensated" me in little parts several times and kept delaying the full compensation basing it on still "checking". At the time being they owe me almost 2TB of datacenter proxies.

Have in mind, I based everything on data and proof (which will be provided to the dispute here) and they agreed on the double charge fact after I contacted them and shown them the issue, they did not inform me about this beforehand.

Today I asked them for a full refund, and their best offer was "500GB" to which I refused because that still scams me out of more than 1.5 TB.

I am going to open a dispute on BHW forum about this transaction(-s), but would like to also inform other users about buying from this company and potentially ending up in my place in the future.

I will be opening a chargeback with my bank as well.
