It's rare to find such a cheap unlimited bandwidth rotating proxy service. Initially, I experienced several bugs, but I requested them be fixed immediately, which made me very happy. Now I have no complaints and will continue using their service! Deserved 5 stars! :D

We initially signed up for the unlimited plan to test it out but soon realized it wasn't the right fit for us. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a way to cancel it through the interface (though this feature has since been added), so we reached out to customer support to request a cancellation, but we have yet to hear back.Additionally, there is no way to access an invoice through the customer portal. The support team promised to send it, yet after six days, we still haven't received anything.Update:After a transaction, I receive no emails, and certainly not an invoice. A reputable company should provide invoices for download in the customer area or send them via email.

A terrible proxy provider. The network is extremely unstable and constantly goes down.

Their customer support is abysmal. I sent an URGENT ticket 12 days ago and still have not received any response.

Communication is non-existent. After a recent update, they changed the dashboard and API endpoint URLs without sending any notification email. They also implemented mandatory 2FA, which makes it impossible for a team to share access and work with the account.

On top of all that, their website is broken. It doesn't work in Firefox, and in Chrome, it maxes out the CPU, causing the entire browser to crash.

Avoid this provider. Constant technical failures and they completely ignore their clients.

Horrible service, I paid for residential proxies but instead i got some crappy non working proxies. Please stay away from this scam

I had issues with purchasing, etc. The owner had compensated me with extra days on my subscription and had been very helpful! :).

Their proxies weren't working. Contacted them with screenshots within 2 hours of buying their proxies and they said I should've contacted them within 24 hours?

I've been a user of proxy services for the past several years, and ProxyOmega is slowly (but surely) becoming my go-to provider.

Even though I had a few problems when we first started, namely 410 Gone errors every time I'd make a connection request, the team immediately got to solving the problem and even compensated me for bandwidth that was used up back when the errors occurred.

I'm excited to be bringing more of my business over to them. Thank you for being reliable and quick to take action. May you only get better from here!

If you're looking for a good proxy service, I recommend ProxyOmega.

I've been using proxies for almost the last 5 years, such as asocks, iproyal, and webshare. However, they have become too expensive for me. Finally, after extensive searching, I've found a good solution. I'm glad to begin my journey with ProxyOmega.

My number one go-to proxy provider! I have been using ProxyOmega for over a year now and they provide results when other major well known providers’ proxies failed to do so or would immediately get banned or flagged after a few requests. Aside from that they are very very affordable considering the quality and longevity of their proxies. I personally would always buy bandwidth of their Premium Residential proxies they offer due to the nature of my usage however their Unlimited plan still offers very HQ proxies especially for unlimited bandwidth. They have new and improved proxies they just came out with called the Platinum plan, I am about to test them out as they gave me a free trial for being a loyal customer. I’ll update my post once I am done using the trial!

We booked the unlimited plan for testing purposes and wanted to cancel it again because it was unsuitable for us. There was no option on the user interface to cancel the plan ourselves (this was added in the meantime) and so we informed the support team that we wanted to cancel the subscription. No response until today.

An invoice is not made available in the customer area and the support team said they would send it, but we have still not received anything for 6 days.

Update:

I don't receive a single email after a transaction and it certainly doesn't include an invoice.
A serious company makes invoices available for download in the customer area or sends them by e-mail.

Support is top notch, this whole idea of whitelisting ip wasnt my thing,but i actually like it now. Very easy and convinient. I highly recommend!
