Looked nothing like the advertisement on the website which I now believe was AI generated. Would not have ordered based on what I received.

I bought it the item for my son thinking is a 3D item looking amazing in the website. But surprised when I received the item. A simple pillow. 90 dollars for a pillow. Don't buy or your money will be in a pillow.

L'ordine è arrivato prima di Natale ma il pupazzo ordinato non è arrivato in 3d ma un normalissimo cuscino non stampato mio padre cartonato. Peccato!

Non rispettano i tempi di spedizione ma per fortuna il pacco è arrivato qualche giorno prima di natale, ma la cosa peggiore è che ho ordinato i peluche fatti a forma di formula 1 in 3d ed invece è arrivato un normalissimo cuscino con l'immagine stampata......il tutto ben diverso dalle foto dimostrative

I wouldn’t bother with them.

Ordered their “3d” custom teddy/plush. Took them 4/5 weeks to even respond with any information about the order sent to myself.
After trying to contact them via a Facebook chat, and also email that was once in a blue moon bc reply. I had a response from them early hours in the morning, even though it’s claimed they operate from London…

After some back and forth they claimed to have spoken to yodel and the parcel was delivered, so locating the item was on me. After speaking to them over 5/6 weeks they refused to refund and wanted me to pay for the item to be sent out again. Which I refused.
They then took the stance of refusing the refund and told me to speak to yodel about the missing parcel, then refused to contact them to open a case surrounding a missing parcel.
After continuing to contact them to contact yodel and find the parcel or open a missing parcel claim they still refused.
I then contacted yodel for the reference number for myself claiming a lost parcel to be told they need to open the case and have not attempted to do so as their was no information about a missing or lost parcel with my tracking number and address. I spoke to a member of yodel to confirm this and they told me to get the company to contact them to open a case.
Again going round and round thy refused too until I requested the transcript of the conversation so I know that have done as I had requested.
After over 2 months of waiting for my parcel and back and forth, they have now agreed to a full refund.

After this experience, I would advise never to deal with these types of company’s and make sure to read reviews about them so you don’t have to go though an experience similar to my own.

If there was a zero this is what they would get - ordered a race car pillow - product I received is flat not 3D like they advertise - not plush at all - writing is all blurred and can't be read - picture is all distorted and looks hideous - can't give it to the person i ordered it for as i am embarrassed by it - tried to deal with the company and all i get are A1 replies never able to take to rear live person - asked about a refund and they say i have to return the product but i will need to pay the shipping which i do not agree with - i am trying to get my credit card payment cancelled and suggest to everyone looking at getting one - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY - IT TOOK 6 WEEKS TO GET IT AND NOT WORTH 1 CENT - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

This is a fake site, don’t use.
Will give you tracking software to a parcel that never turns up. The link that ask if your parcel didn’t turn up is a third party spam site avoid.

Not worth of one star. The product which I ordered and it took 2 months to arrive. It does not even look anything like the product advertised on the website. The pic on it is nothing like my grandson. It was supposed to be an xmas present which I won't be giving him. I have requested a refund but been told nothing wrong with the product. How wrong they are. Trying to give me 10% back which is the postage.

Is there a Zero? Took forever. Product received has nothing to do with order. Asked fir a name on the race car, there is no name. Asked for a pucture, the product has a moustache, picture has none. Product should be a plushie, product came as a very badly printed pillow.

This company is the biggest rip of ever nothing like they say my pilow is flat dark my partner dont even look like him i paid a 100.00 for shit dont any one buy from them one month to get it and for nothing i wont be giving it as a present its so wrong they dont even deserve one star

Ordered the custom made excavator pillow. Don’t make my mistake. The advertisement shows a big plush 3 dimensional excavator and you’re supposed to also send a photo so that person can be made to be driving. What I got was a flat pillow with an excavator drawn on it with a very generic young boy. Wrote support and was told that is what the description says. So effectively I must take my excavator pillow and pound sand with it.

Site não confiável. Oferece um produto muito diferente do que entrega. Sem qualidade nenhuma, foto em 3 D e produto totalmente diferente, além de soltar tinta. Esse produto seria um presente para um bebê. Como confiar num produto que inicialmente já solta tinta.

Não cumpre o que anuncia no site nem na questão de produto e muito menos na questão de devolução.

Tudo que colocam no site é meramente ilustrativo.

Depois da compra, eles são rudes e mal-educados.

NÃO COMPREM COM ESSE SITE. É GOLPE.

This is the second time I have been scammed by people like these. Both times the purchases were sent by China to the USA and delivered in 5 days. Yeah, right. Then they told me to check with the post office or go around to my neighbors to see if they have it. It is a SCAM! Stay clear of them. They go by different names too. Plus, get this, when I asked for the tracking specifics, they sent me the same one from this first time they scammed me, in July!

I bought 2 items from this company. Only one has arrived. I have tried to contact customer service. However, I just keep getting an automated feedback saying item has been delivered. The item that I have had is nothing like what was in the picture.I now am thirty pound down due to to not having the second item, do not buy from this company. As I feel that it is a scam as they send you something that's not as in picture.And also I can't find any reviews on this company.
