Customer service was great and all my questions were answered. I'm leaving my current insurance company for Prudent Pet. Same coverage at a much better cost.

the help i received to buy the policy was great but having problems with online account, got an email asking for vet name but where do i enter that on the website plus other issues...

Awful no instructions on how to set up my account

It said 1,650.00 then added 15.00 for 1, 665.00 and my card was charged 1, 682 so an extra 32.00 bucks. And of course it said start a new portal and it says my account does not exist so I can't set up new account nor can I talk to anyone right now as to the whys....

Overall an easy process to start. Once purchased, I could sign into my account but couldn't access or upload requested records. Tried to call but after being on hold for over 15 minutes, I left a message. Pop upon sign in says something like we are working behind the scenes on your account.

I spoke to Stephanie today to help me decide if Prudent Pet Insurance was the right choice. She answered questions about waiting periods,when the coverage begins,wellness coverage, dental cleanings, and how to get reimbursed. We covered quite a bit and I feel confident I made the right choice going with Prudent Pet Insurance. Editing this review. I have submitted two claims. One was a waiting period so it was denied. Second time waiting period was over. But now they're saying preexisting condition of the illness I first submitted. I have accident and wellness coverage. Good luck to anyone who gets reimbursed.

Easy process for signing up. Everything was explained well and met our needs

I had decided to purchase a policy from a competitor, was in process of paying on line, website froze twice, with no support, no live person to speak to. I asked what companies had a live manned customer service, Prudent was recommended. After wasting over two weeks with computer glitches, I called and was signed up in 30 minutes.

Prudent Pet Insurance has made my experience with them a flawless process. Although I have not had a reason to file a claim at this time, the company has provided details of their procedures to put me at ease 😉. Their accessibility to clients is great. They are a company that looks out for your pets' needs while providing you with a peace of mind ✨️.

The process was easy from quoting to getting the policy. Agent Kim Cardascia was very helpful, professional and polite. She explained the coverages and worked up a quote that was beneficial for my dog and worked financially for me too. I really like that you can customize your policy with Prudent Pet.
