I had a very disappointing experience with PTAC4Less due to poor communication and lack of follow-through.

In December, I reached out to their customer support twice regarding the purchase of a refurbished PTAC unit and received automated confirmations both times, but never heard back from an actual person. I was also given a discount code, which stopped working the next day. I attempted to follow up but again received no response.

By the time someone finally replied weeks later, I was told they are no longer producing refurbished units and once current inventory is gone, that’s it. Had anyone responded when I originally reached out, I likely would have already completed my purchase.

Customer service responsiveness is critical when making a large purchase, and unfortunately PTAC4Less failed in that regard. Based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Spoke with Mark over the phone he lead me to the right product at a great price.

Pricing is very good and very helpful knowledge from Mr Mark Twitty makes ordering a breeze.

Got one with wrong voltage. Restocking fee and shipping makes it un doable. Will not use again

service was great the only thing that bothered me was this unit was written up on the freight slip as weighing 159 lbs there is no way it weighted that much I am 77 yrs old and I was able to pick up the compressor side with no problem I believe 159lbs was used to inflate shipping cost with ptac pocketing the difference

Running a small resort along the St. Johns Rive in Deland, Fl, ordering with this company, has always been easy, package arrive on time.

John was very helpful. He told me exactly which units he had in stock that were compatible to mine so I didn’t need to do my own research. He gave me new, like new, and refurbished options. Shipping was quick and he always replied to my emails promptly.

Product came when they said (was delayed one day because of weather). One unit was installed and person in room said he was sweating from all the heat.

I ordered units with sleeves and grilles, all that i received was the units so I am missing 5 sleeves and 5 grilles.

John Smith was helpful guiding my decision. Will buy again, as need arises. Well done!

Do not buy anything from this company!!!! Bought a so called refurbished unit that did not run. The only thing that ran was the fan & it only ran on slow speed. Been try to get some response from the so called warrenty department and they say they will get back to me but never do. Going on two weeks since I filled out there warrenty form which says they will respond with in three days they never did. If you buy anything from this clowns you will regret it.

When my unit first broke down, I thought oh no, now.What? So I called the number listed for contacts.
And talked with a representative who made saying smooth sailing from information on my unit to delivery. The service was fast friendly and knowledgeable. And made life a whole lot easier. My product arrived within a couple days and I was back to heating.
2 of our rental properties with the 2 units we purchased will definitely be shopping here again if the need arises.
