Delivery on the date given, have been let down by a number of on line suppliers, who give delivey within 2-3 day and then take a week or two , to deliver, get your payment then you have to wait, will be using this company again

Ordered on a Monday morning for next day delivery and it didn't come until Thursday after being chased

This is the second pump I’ve had from Josh and as before it was quickly dispatched at a great price.. 5 stars

Our pump stopped working on Sunday AM so I tried contacting them through their online chat but told to send them an email so I did. My husband called on Monday and was also told to send an email as he was in meetings all day and we would have a reply that afternoon. We have still not had a response and had to order a new pump from elsewhere as how are we supposed to run a house without using water and having baths/showers. This pump should still be under warranty but the supplier is not interested once getting your money for the original order.

Accurate description and easy to navigate website. Delivered within projected timescale (and we are in the Highlands). Well packaged and esay to install.
