I researched the pump I wanted and ordered the pump thru pump products. After 7 weeks they were not sure when it could be delivered. They then said they had a different brand of pump in stock and could ship it out that day. They spent a lot of time reassuring me that it would perform exactly like the one I originally ordered. I took their word on it. Unlike the one I originally ordered their pump would not work in my 240 ft well. I call them back and asked to exchange it for the one I originally ordered. They refused to take it back. I would strongly recommend not doing any business with them. I only wished I had read their other terrible reviews before calling them.

If you could give 0 stars I would. We spent over # thousand dollars on 2 pumps and the extra to overnight them and 1 was broken in the shipping process. FedEx denied the claim and they will not fight for them to reconsider. FedEx will not speak with me as they are the shipper. It has been almost a month and they have the maker of the pumps sending me the broken part, I have been told that it is to be shipped soon. Then I was told it should ship 7/2/26, and that there is NO ONE at that company that I can speak with to confirm that part will be shipped sooner than later as this is holding up a septic install, we are in the middle of. I will be getting our pumps from a local company and paying more in the future as they will at least, they take care of us and have concern about us getting our job done.

I purchased this kit and a battery. While it arrived promptly and packaged pretty well, the box with the battery (heavy item) was slightly damaged in transit. The battery was not packaged in expanding foam. I emailed pictures of the nick in the battery case and the associated box to Pump Products and received a response the next business day.

Talking to them on the phone, I was informed that they would send me a replacement battery. However, I would have to pay for the shipping. I stated that it was damaged in transit (with pictures as proof) and asked why I had to pay anything. Apparently this is their policy even though the transit company is at fault.

Poor customer support in my opinion, they should improve their packaging of all boxes. I will not purchase from them again and recommend others do not.

I can't believe that was a "salesperson." I've never written a review before. So rude. Seemed like he hated his job and life. I ended up hanging up the phone.

No delivery of pump and no refund do not order from this customer
also they provide no email and they do not answer their phone or return phone calls. TOTALLY SCAM COMPANY

FRAUD ALERT - BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy from this Seller. Returned the wrong size pump, paid to mail it back, Seller refunded the tax only and straight out just stole $3,018.62 because they said the box was damaged upon return. Very unscrupulous company out of New Jersey with lots of 1-star reviews. They sent back just the tax so that Amazon thinks they sent the refund. - Had to dispute with bank

Pump went out and had no water or heat in my house. Used Pump Products to replace pump and tank due to prommised delivery time. Pump stated to be shipped same day, tank within 7 days. The website requires an account to check the status of the order. When I checked after purchase the account stated I did not purchase anything. Had to call directly for updates. From the first call on the person always answered and continued the conversation like I was bothering them, whith a deep sigh that they had to answer the phone and a "what do you want" attitude. Two weeks after purchase I called for an update as my account showed I did not purchase anything. The person said the tank had not shipped and there was no info for when it would, but the pump was out and to be delivered to my house the next day. Waited two days and called back. Different person said nothing had been shipped. The pump was ready, but they were waiting on the tank for it to be one delivery. Stated the tank had to be built therefore it would take longer than the 7 days stated. I made the purchase on May 16. I finally got a notification from FedEx that they would be delivered June 3. On June 1st I received an update stating the delivery was running late and would arrive June 4th, signature required. I scheduled the day off to receive the delivery. FedEx attempted to deliver the pump seperatly on the 3rd without an update, so I wasn't home to sign. They said they would send it back out on the 4th with the tank. The tank arrived on the 4th without the pump. I spent the week talking to FedEx who didn't know where the pump was or when it would be delivered. They said they filled three different investigations over the week, but each time they said no investigation was filled. On the next Monday I called Pump Products to report the pump not being delivered. They stated they would file an investigation. The pump arrived the next day, a month after purchase without water or heat. The instructions that came with the tank did not match and I could not find any info online. I called Pump Products for assistance and they told me I had to call the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer who told me I had to call the distributor. I called Pump Products back and the person agreed to help, but had no idea how the tank worked or how to install it. He placed me on hold and the call cut off. I called back a few times throughout the day with the call being dropped. I called from a different number and it went through. I was then passed around to different people all saying they were not the one I had talked to and didn't know the information I needed. I gave up. Hopefully I don't damage this tank trying to install it without help.

Poor customer service incidental to promised shipping window of 2 -3 weeks that took 7 weeks. Representatives annoyed with follow up call and not engaged with customer. Discovered hidden foam packaging in impeller/grinder with no notification to buyer. Friendly correspondence ignored. Regret my purchase from this company.
