I was pleased with the email delivery aspect of Punchbowl . I thought the overall set up was great! The invitation design offered were very beautiful. Yes I will be using Punchbowl again when I have another event. I also will not hesitate to refer Punchbowl to other family and friends.

Punchbowl is awesome and the easiest tool ever to send invitations. I used it for my holiday party and they did most of the work. Super easy to track responses and totals. Highly recommend!
Their customer service is unbelievable. I sent a question for some help, expecting an AI generated response, and an email arrived in a short amount of time from a live person! Impressive Team!!! Highly recommend and I definitely will use them again!

I love the app, I paid for the premium by mistake and had enjoyed all the perks that come with it. But it is too pricey and I don’t think I’ll renew once the year is over and I’ll stick to the free option. I wish it was not as expensive to get the add-ons.

Very deceptive practices. You only discover that it's not free and is going to cost you money after you spend a significant amount of time and energy designing your invitation. They offer a free service for a mere 7 days but I sent out my invites 10 days before my event, so not only did I have to pay, which I was led to believe would cost $3.99 for one month. Imagine my surprise when I was charge for an entire year at 47.88. Talk about bait and switch deceptive practice. Run, don't walk away from Punchbowl. Lesson learned, spend the time on Reddit or some other service reading reviews. I should have hand written my invitations and send them snail mail, it would have been cheaper and less frustrating.

I really enjoyed using Punchbowl for our Christmas Party Invitations. Punchbowl does all the work and we just added the guests we wanted to invite and we are done. Awesome! They send out these beautiful invites, our guests rsvp's are gathered and any messages guest wants to leave and we just check our account and then-they even send Thank You's!

Punchbowl is a great app. I have been using it for years for our department events. There is a large selection of invitations and greeting cards to choose from in the free app. Highly recommend!

Punchbowl was so simple and easy to use for my grandson’s birthday party. They also had matching thank you notes! This is an amazing service and I’m thankful they have it!

I hesitated to get involved thinking that I would not be able to pick meaningful cards that would say all i was feeling. I am so glad I subscribed! There are so many choices in a very wide variety of categories AND i can edit every one of them with my personal notes. Very economical when compared with the cost of cards from a store AND the support service is beyond my (high) expectations. I was even able to send gift cards through this company. I got tricked. Card was advertised as free- then after customizing it I get charged for the full year even though they adverstise a monthly rate and say you can cancel at any time.

Punch bowl was easy to operate and did a good job to put together the right invitation for me.

We have used punch bowl.com for the past three years. The designs they offer are beautiful, so many options! And their customer service is great! They respond very quickly to questions. It’s a great way to keep track of your guests, and remind them of the upcoming event. It makes party planning so much easier! Highly recommend using the service for your next event!

Very easy to use. I liked how I could see all my guests as they responded to my invitation.

I am the office manager for a Family Therapy business and we love working with Punchbowl.
The designs are great, customization is easy, and the ability to manage guests lists is a very nice feautre. We are a small organization and only have 2 events a year and use punchbowl for both of them.

My account was charged $35.88. I never agreed to this the PLUS membership is $3.99 per month which I am okay with. However, I am very disappointed.
