I had a very strange and disappointing experience with Punt.

I created an account, made one $20 purchase, and ended up losing it. I also claimed a small amount from the daily bonuses, but I never made a redemption or withdrew any money from the site.

Then, without any warning, my account was suddenly disabled. I contacted support asking what happened and what rule I supposedly violated, but I was given no real explanation or specific reason for the decision.

What bothers me most isn’t even losing access to the account — I only had around $0.50 left in it. It’s the lack of transparency. If I did something wrong, I would genuinely like to know what it was. Simply disabling a customer’s account without providing a clear reason doesn’t inspire much confidence.

Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious when using Punt. Hopefully they can provide more transparency to customers when taking actions like this.

Great site. Have won several jackpots. I have of course had losing sessions, but just as many winning sessions as well.

My only complaint is sometimes the location thing will say I’m not in a location to play. So I need to log out, close it out and restart.

But I recommend, I came here from a Vegas Matt referral.

Punt is amazing. The games are fun and has great payback percentage. There are a few bugs with the loading of games sometimes, but it doesn’t happen often. All together a great and trustworthy social casino.

Nothing wrong with this site if you plan to lose quickly. GC plays kind of normally, but SC... no comparison to real game play in my opinion. I'm done.

Do not trust this casino under any circumstances. I made a $240 purchase two weeks ago, and they immediately locked my account. After contacting support several times, they banned me for no specific reason. I never violated the TOS. They are also flooding this page with obviously fake reviews.

I've been playing on over fifty sweepstakes Casino websites for a year and a half, and Punt is the first to ever ban me out of nowhere. I was literally on that website this morning to collect my daily and all seemed normal. Then when I go to play some more and redeem my played through funds (total $300), I find I've been banned and no longer have access.

I only started using Punt a month ago. I bought a welcome package for $20 and one of the FIFA specials on July 3 for $499.

Apparently buying these, and playing the GC and SC acquired by buying them on a variety of Punt's games is a massive no-no. So they banned me from the website within a 4 hour window, and they didn't return the $300 worth of SC I'd already paid for when they chose to do that. Nor did they provide me with the sort of justifications one would expect when a business offers you a product, and you buy it, and the business then decides to rescind the offer.

Also, they do dishonest shit with the playthru requirements. You'll have to play through whatever you buy three times over for every one of those pathetic little dimes they give out in their dailies. When they ban you, they won't respond to your emails asking for a reason. They won't refund you. This company is best treated like they treat those of us foolish enough to trust them as customers; so charge back every dollar you spent with them.

Punt is by far my favorite online casino. They really have it all, great bonuses, an amazing VIP program, and 24-hour redemptions. Fast payouts and a great selection of games make it my go-to place to spin!

So far I’m down over all on the platform, but I’ve had a great time of what I have spent on there. Fun games live tables are smooth. Overall a recommended experience for someone who likes to gamble and can’t get out of the house. Only reason for the 4 starts is I feel like most other platforms that offer gambling experience have better packages to buy from as in top up bonuses for ur purchase. I know you guys do offer it but is not nearly enough for someone who actually invest money into the company.
