i created a account on 31st august 2025, i deposited 20k using i cash vouchers, and i claimed my promotional bonus of 20k, i followed all the rules and completed the wagering ,after all this they claim my acc that i have regulated their company guidelines and they closed my account without any notice, now they are refusing to pay me my withdrawal and upon that they are not allowing me to take my deposited amount 20k

Absolutely disgraceful casino. First of all they stated I am not eligible for any of the promotions for whatever reason just after joining which meant I was not able to receive my welcome bonus despite depositing and entering the promo code.
If that wasn’t bad snog then went on to close my account, however I had not withdrawn the money that I had deposited not long after opening my account. I had not even spent any my funds but luckily it was only £10. Thankfully it wasn’t a large amount or I dread to think what position I’d be in right now and the way they just closed my account without reason or warning literally minutes after telling me that I was welcome to play still despite not being able to take part in their offers. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional and needs closing down.
