My sister saw the pup luck advertisement on Facebook and sent me a link to check it. I have a frenchie and have been looking for something like their pup sack for her.
I checked out their website and ordered one. I ordered the wrong size accidentally and sent them an email asking for assistance and they quickly responded and happily fixed my order.

The order was taking longer then I expected so i emailed again ( twice ) inquiring about it. Again they responded quickly and were happy to assist. ( lexie was very helpful! )

Bought the RuckSack for my parents little dog, so she could come on bike rides with us. Molly LOVES her new ride and didn't batt an eye when we put her in it... The quality of the product is awsome and easy to wear.

We loved our rucksack as soon as we saw it, but our pup has a long body and didn't fit it. I contacted Pup Luck and they immediately arranged a replacement to be sent. The customer service was absolutely excellent. We're looking forward to getting our rucksack so we can take our pup Sandy everywhere we go. Thanks, Pup Luck!

We have received our puppy rucksack from Pup Luck and we are very pleased with it.Our Morkie Lacey really enjoys being carried in it when she gets tired from our long walks.We did have a small problem with the shipment but Lexie at customer service solved the problem in no time. I ordered the rucksack for our small dog. I ended up ordering a size too big for her, but Pup Luck offered me a better solution than the exchange I had requested. Pup Luck offered me a 50% coupon to order the correct size. Instead of wasting money on shipping costs, I now have the correct size of rucksack for a heavily discounted price, PLUS I still have the original rucksack which I can sell (it will sell fast- great product). The product was already on sale, plus another 50% off.
The rucksack itself is of great quality. The fabric is sturdy and breathable. My dog can lay down inside or poke her head out to engage with us. The backpack straps and support are comfortable for long hikes.

P.S. Pup Luck's sizing guide is true to size. If I had followed their guide, I wouldn't have had to exchange.

I placed my order easily. I did have an issue using my tracking number. However when I contacted business with this problem they quickly replied and told me if my parcel status. My parcel arrived on the date I was informed and I am completely satisfied with the product

Received the puppy rucksack today and it’s great!! Strong and sturdy and looks ideal for my 6kg puppy.

Ordered a dog coat and rucksack. It took a while to arrive but could track delivery progress. The coat fitted perfectly - had a problem with the strap on the rucksack but customer service was excellent and sent me a replacement. Very happy with the after sales service.

I just wanted to say how helpful, kind and amazing the pup luck team are. They went above and beyond with their help. A replacement was sent in no time at all. I can't thank them enough. I will be definitely advertising their company when I take my pooch out ! Highly recommended ❤️

I had a great experience with the Pup-luck team when there was a small delivery issue due to customs but the team was super helpful and kind to help me solve it! I would definitely recommend Pup-luck and will use it for future purchases!

POOR QUALITY
Finally received my rucksack and I’m shocked at the level of poor quality - there is absolutely zero structure to support the weight of a dog in it and the straps have no padding so no way you could carry the bag for any length of time. Tested my miniature dachshund in it (bought a medium as advised) and the seams are so stressed with the weight that I can’t see if lasting long at all. I supposedly got this on a special half price offer at £24.99 - there is absolutely no way the quality of this bag fits a £24.99 price point never mind it’s original £50 RSP. Really disappointing. Won’t be purchasing from this company again

I was dubious about ordering via a Facebook page, but it had https:// at the front and Trustpilot reviews were good too so I went for it. I can't find the order confirmation to my email, so when the order hadn't arrived, I thought I'd been scammed. So when I investigated, it had only been 16 days since I ordered - just felt ages. I found an email for Pup Luck to provide very minimal details of my order - not expecting much... then my pure co-oincidence, my order arrived two hours later. I emailed Pup Luck to tell them it had turned up. Anyway, my point is - email confirmation of the order would help, the delivery did only take 16 days and the email that I got back from Pup Luck was very kind and friendly. The product looks great, I haven't used it yet, but from the reviews, it should be strong enough on the bottom for the weight of the dog.

After my initial contact and first review, Customer Services did continue to connect me to resolve the issue which was appreciated. A full refund was given and the matter closed. The product was received and not damaged but not suitable for our elderly dog.
