I ordered this product and once I received the product, it shows it is "Made in China". I REFUSE to give my dogs ANYTHING made in China. I tried to return the product the day I received it...it is now going on a month, with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE! Do not BUY this product!!

This company is nothing but a rip off for people. Avoid them at all costs. You will be sorry if you deal with them.

This company is a scam from China. Do not order. I got tricked by their story on Facebook and ordered taurine for my cats. I never received the product even though the tracking number says delivered. They also sign you up for a monthly subscription. I have emailed them but they have not returned any emails either

zero stars- no effect even with balanced diet - no chance of refund no empty bottles kept but looks like even if i paid expensive international postage they would not pay refund

Unfortunately, the SCAM reviews are TRUE. I bought 6 months and NO results. ... This is a very clever marketing campaign with very unethical people supplying a sob-story about his 'wife' and they definitely suckered me. ... Avoid avoid avoid. ... And someone should LITIGATE.

Scam. Did nothing for me. Then they change the return agreements.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS...BUYER BEWARE!! I contacted them in time for a refund. Was told if i returned all the bottles I would get a refund, but they encouraged me to give it a bit more time and offered a partial refund. Then if I wasn't happy I can get a refund. That is where they get you!!! By the time you try it another few weeks, NOW it is too late to get a refund... even though I tried to get one initially. SCAM SCAM SCAM.....DONT DO IT

This unfortunately did nothing for me after 3 months. The money back guarantee is a lie unless you have the bottles. Also I noticed they have fake Google reviews. They seem more shady than I thought and I wasted $150 bucks.

NO stars. I returned the auto-fill order, in its entirety, and no refund. I called, was given a confirmation number and nothing ever came through, then I called again, and was given another refund confirmation number, but no refund. This is a scam company at it's best. Starting a lawsuit for lack of response to my refund. They just want to run you around so much that you give up! I won't give up!

I bought 3 months, after 1 month, nothing lost. Now after 3 months, the only thing I lost was my money and oh yah, I called for info and was told it may take a while longer for your body to adjust. Yeah, sure...

While I can appreciate the host of negative comments on here about this product & the company, I wanted to share my experience which happens to be positive. Most of my 20s 30s and 40s I had no weight issues whatsoever but by the time I turned 47. I started going through menopause, and immediately I start gaining weight . I have tried everything to get that weight off diet, exercise, fad, diet you name it. By accident I happened upon a video about Puravive. I didn’t expect any miracles and to be honest, I didn’t expect it to work, but I didn’t think it would hurt me so I thought I’d give it a try. As of today, I have been on it exactly one year. Yes, I did stay on it much longer than what the instructions say that you actually need to because I feel like it’s doing something else for me besides weight loss. I am not yet at the weight goal that I want to see on my scales, however, I have literally toned up all of the fatty areas on my body. I I did lose 20 pounds and my goal was more like 50 but I still fit in a lot of the clothes that I would normally not fit in at this weight but because the fat on my body seems to melt away and just turn solid I can fit in them. I don’t work for this company. I cannot comment on whether they refund or not. I have not had to call them to deal with them in any kind of way so I don’t know and I cannot comment on that. I can only share my experience, and as I continue to try to lose at least 20 more pounds, I feel like this supplement is important to me so that after all my desired weight is lost, I won’t have any saggy areas because the supplement has helped me in that regard. If you read about all that the pill can do and the ingredients, it makes more sense but again I’m not here to convince anyone that they will lose all the weight that they want only sharing my experience.

I ordered the 6-month Puravive program, but after almost a month I had to call into Customer Support to request an extension of my "trial period" due to a LONG wait for the product arrival. I had planned to take the product on our one-month trip out of the country but couldn't, because I hadn't received it before we were leaving. The call agent assured me that they could extend the guarantee period accordingly and stated that my customer record would show the 180-day period starting on July 1st (extended a month).
Fast forward to November 15th when I emailed to Puravive Customer Support to return my 6 bottles. The product simply did NOTHING over 5 continuous months of using it according to instructions. Three different agents refused to budge on the company policy of the 180-day window....even though one of their own assured me that my window was extended though November, and my account was duly noted in their system. Not one of the three different agents refusing to honor my request addressed my call into their Support Desk the first of June - or the supposed notation in their system! It seemed I was getting canned responses without any responsibility for another agent's previous direction.
That said, I'm out the $234 (plus tax) without any results.....and a very bad taste in my mouth for call center effectiveness. As much as I've preferred the human engagement in the past, I don't trust that the agent(s) will record our discussion and resolution. Too bad. Lesson learned.

I don't know why there are so many with little results. I have lost almost 40 lbs. I also ordered their other supplements and coupled them together. I also did some meal exchanges...such as apples instead of ice cream. It has worked for me. Also, my husband lost 10 lbs +. No complaints here.

Scam, Fraud, Thieves, Liars ......... these are the nicest things I can say about this company and the product. As soon as you figure out that this product is fraudulent and worthless, (and you will) you’ll attempt to contact customer support and play email tag. They’ll tell you they can’t find your order info so unable to refund your money. I’m very confident that all the people in the promo reviews work for this company in “customer support” and send you the redundant emails.
I would be so ashamed and mortified to steal from anyone the way these people do. These people have absolutely no morals.

I have been trying these for the past four months. I didn't lose any weight. I actually gained ten pounds. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

I purchased 6 months worth of Puravive. After 3 months, it hadn't done anything positive for me. I requested refund, sent back the bottles.... and months later, I don't see the refund on my bank statement.. After reading reviews I won't waste my time trying to chase them for return of monies. And I have now learned to go to trustpilot FIRST before ordering!
This is the second different product ordered from a company that uses clickbank. The other product I had to return to LONDON even though the product was purchased from USA. After spending the money to return to London, I never heard back from that company. So I called again. I sent them a copy of the return postage receipt. Still nothing.
I have decided to steer clear of hyped up ads and NEVER again pay for a product that uses clickbank!

Read the fine print Very Carefully. Save your empty bottles cuz u will want a refund after u use it all CUZ OF FAILURE.They want u to return the empty bottles to prove u used it all up. IGNORANT LAME policy. Empty bottles proves zip. Dump the pills in another bottle. after the alloted time Return empty bottles for a refund. Then try the pills if u like.Customer service is staffed by the simple minded. The video AD is pretty much over-the-top, a real pity party. I had 10lbs to lose....no changes, too much muscle? Then they presume to be dieticians telling u to eat less. A placebo would work if you eat less. These people, former cop and wife are desperate grifters.

I give it a 0. It really is a big scam. They don’t tell you that you have to return the bottles. They are going to hell. I feel for other people who have gotten scammed as well.

Waste of money! Bought 6 bottles so took for 6 months and bought from official website. Zero results!
And since I didn’t request a refund soon enough I get zero refund. Don’t be fooled!
