Pure Diesel went over and above to…
Pure Diesel went over and above to remedy an issue with my order. Although it was a shaky start, I have full confidence in PDP and there selection of parts. I also believe that any business experiences the occasional glitch, the way that issue is handled, is the difference between a shoddy operation, and a quality company. I have FULL CONFIDENCE in PDP’s ability to provide Quality parts, and the Grace to own occasional miscues, to the satisfaction of the customer.
I will definitely be using PDP for future parts!

Antwoord van Pure Diesel Power
We’re sorry for the frustration. A return label was sent on Friday, May 12th, but it sounds like it may not have reached your inbox. Please check your spam/junk folder, and we’d be happy to resend it right away.
We also tried reaching out by phone because we’ve used this part in the application you asked about, and we’d really like to understand what didn’t fit or measure correctly in your case. If there is an issue with the listed measurements or application information, we want to review it and get it corrected.
Please contact us directly so we can help resolve the return and better understand what happened with the fitment. Thank you.
Amazing people!

Customer service was top tier
Customer service was top tier. I called and spoke with Wendy if memory serves correctly about an issue with a part only to realize a couple grommets were missing. They immediately shipped them out at no extra cost. Parts arrived within a couple days. Will continue to do business with them. Thank you for the fantastic support

By far the best and easiest online…
By far the best and easiest online shopping experience I have ever had. The customer service is second to none they have always worked with me on shipping to Alaska, and the amount of parts they offer big and small makes working on any project a breeze. Quick shipping, great customer service, affordable prices make it a 100/10 I wouldn’t spend my money anywhere else.
