Never received my order after emailing several times they keep saying it was delivered we will resend. This has been going on since Sept19,2023. The latest is resend your credit card # so we can check if refund went to right account..a real scam...

I ORDERED A 4 Pack of jeans on 9/3/23 and NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!! Order total $49.98

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! I ordered the Oprah jeans in August and never received them.. reached out many times asking for a refund and have been ignored!!!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We never received our order and the customer service dept. stopped replying to my emails when I asked them to track my order. Very disappointed!

They are scammers. You will Never Ever receive your product.

I wish I could give them minus 5 stars. Do not purchase anything from this company. You will never receive it. Total rip off!

I ordered 4 pairs of Christmas pj's from the site. I'm still hoping for them :( I ordered them and I realized it was from Hong Kong. Ordered them 9/20/2023. Guess I better find other pj's for my grandkids Xmas. Your right thus site came from good ole Facebook. I can't even locate a number for these scums.scams. I still have hope.

Ordered some bras. A month later, says delivered. I never received them. Contacted them 09/30. 10/3, they said they will refund in 48 hrs. Then now they keep asking my bank info. Just filed a dispute with my bank, 11/1. Will see what happens..what a damn headache. Never ever will I order from FB ads again.

Response received October 7, 2023 advising that "logistics provider" will be contacted and told to wait/be patient. 
No activity found on tracking number as of October 30, 2023. Products still not received.

I ordered 4 pairs of jeans for $34.99 that were never delivered. After emailing the company they said that they were already delivered. They weren't. They keep telling me to be patient but I just want my money back.

Never received my order and every time I email them they tell me to be patient and they will resend it. They also blame the postal service. Will NEVER order from them again, I believe I've been scammed.:/

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on August 30th for a pair of jeans. No product received and no money refunded. Several emails sent and now they are asking for my bank information to refund me!!!

I placed an order for 5 pairs of jeans for the price of $31.98. I never received the jeans even though their tracking said it was delivered. I was home that day and the mail was handed to me.
I contacted the company and they said they would send me a replacement order. They gave me a tracking number but after 3 weeks, the tracking number they gave me cannot be found on the China Post website.
I've sent them several emails regarding this. I just want my money back now and want nothing to do with this company. They're obviously scam artists.

I wish I could have given less that 1 star. Placed my order on August 18 and after 3 unanswered emails, I filed a dispute with my bank on September 28. My money was returned but this is most definitely a site that you should avoid.

This place took my money and never sent my products. They do not respond to emails and customer service is poor. They lie and say they delivered it but no delivery service even recognize their tracking number. So disappointed and so mad that I was scammed.

Ordered in August. It is now October. They’ve sent me 2 different tracking numbers and never received anything not even a refund. Scammers.

I am totally disappointed with this company. They said that my order was delivered. However, I was home all day and nothing was delivered to my home. Now, they won't refund my money. If there was an option for "0" stars that is what I would use. Never, ever use this company...I'm warning you. It's a scam.

Ordered on August 30. Shipping was supposed to be 10-15 days. Contacted company and they said they needed to check logistics. Which apparently shows delivered. I still have not received items. Company is no help at all. Now I’m getting text messages saying the post office can’t deliver due to incomplete address. What a scam! Lesson learned not to purchase from Facebook ads!
