I just ordered these today. I put them in the cart then didn't finish the order, I got a text from the company wanting to know if there was something wrong, and a really sweet associate started texting with me and I decided to complete the order. She didn't push she just talked (text) made me trust what I was doing. Great experience!
First they send the wrong filters. Then they imply there will be a fee for a replacement. They finally send a return label. Then they unexpectedly cancel the replacement and refund the order. Have yet to receive the refund. Straight garbage.

This company shipped a product I ordered to the wrong address. This was their error. Support told me I had to chase it down with the post office. After 5 calls to the post office, they can't help me and sent me back to Pureflow which makes sense. This was their issue, not mine and not the post office. They have refused to help me and said it was on me to figure it out. Don't order from these people, they don't care.
Great product, great brand. My water has never tasted better
Bought one for my grandmas place because after a storm she has heaps of sediment and it’s completely fixed it, water is clean clear and tastes great 👍
