I am so mad at this company
I am so mad at this company. I bought two cannisters to try the product and before I know it three months later I have 8 more containers. The frequency of the shipments is insane and trying to stop them is like trying to secure world peace. I wish I had never ordered.

I.ve read reviews about late supply or not getting the product at all mostly American people reviewing.
I live in Australia It took a few weeks to come but the product arrived and I'm in the process of testing and evaluating the results.
I've had them for a week so no result yet the only criticism i would have is there's too much sugar in them.

Absolute scam!
Absolute scam! Customer service kicks the ball down the road and refuses to own up to their errors. Went 12 days with no tracking updates when they say they have contacted the carrier and the package is still in route. All of a sudden at 14 days no updates the package tracker shows the package was 35 miles away and then 762 miles in the wrong direction. Package went from Nashville to Houston and back to Nashville and delivered out of the local post office in 3 days.The week earlier. All bogus updates. Company refuses refund even though website says tracked and insured. Absolute scam!

Never received product. Gave me some tracking number. Rolled around NY for three weeks. I live in Florida. Finally said it was delivered. It never was. They said check with neighbors. Nothing had to get my money back by filling complaint with my banks cc department.

The order is so delayed
The order is so delayed. I ordered thinking I'll get in 2-3 days as the website says it is from US. But when I placed order it is coming from China. I don’t understand if I should trust the authenticity of product or not.
Its mire then a week product is still in China. Website and product seems shady now. Having trust issues to be honest!
