THEY OFFER FREE SHIPPING BECAUSE THEY WANT YOU CHARGE YOU A RETURN FEE TO SHIP AND OFFER THE CUSTOMER A 2% REFUND. OF COURSE THAT'LL KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS, KEEPING 98-100% OF PEOPLE MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You have been warned. I have just received the 'Zoey' wig....it is has NO lace, NO baby hairs and looks nothing like the advertised picture. It is absolutely rubbish. They have offered me a 30% refund and the opportunity to keep the crappy wig if I don't do a bad review . I am so disgusted, I can't even wear what i've been sent. I raised a complaint with useless PAYPAL and now the company have lied and said that I'm the one that's not satisfied, they've now told me to pay for mg own p+p to send the wig back and when they receive it they'll refund my money. You disgraceful company - I just know they are going to deny receiving it . I am personally going to make it my mission now to warn everyone I can to steer clear. PLEASE do not be tempted.

I ordered it long back and received after 20 days...what i got is an artificial product..it doesn't look real from any angle nor it has lace or clips. Cannot part from any side...if u try to part it will show black tracks. I asked for refund but saying they will only pay 20%. Please dont order anything from them. I order something and they send a different product.

They don't even deserve one star. They took my money and sent me a cheap wig that looks nothing like what I ordered! Please do not order from them!

Took 3 weeks to get here. The wig is one big hot mess of a joke. They are truly scam artists over seas!!! Please do not give them your money!!!

Paid for a lace front an got a cheap wig ....poor first an last time ... please don't buy

I have no clue why I didn't do my research and look for reviews on this company. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!! This is a whole scammer. I ordered three wigs, waited 5 weeks to receive them and when they came I almost cried. Pure lace? No more like pure plastic i wouldn't even wear these wigs for a Halloween costume. I'm so disappointed.

They is a scam. They sent me a old lady wig.they are scamming everybody. I am so upset. It is not even a front lace

I ordered a wig unit named Zoey. The unit was supposed to be a 10 inch bob, made where you can part anywhere from the left side to the right side. Instead there was a piece approximately 3"x4" in the top front . If you attempt to part it anywhere on the sides all you see are tracks. It is the worst unit I have ever seen. Is has no combs, and the loops to secure the unit on the right side are sewn together. Also, the hair is longer on one side, approximately 14" Curly.

I ordered a wig from them over a month ago. I was supposed to have it 3-5 days. It is still not here and when I tracked it it was still in China had not even made it to the states. The number listed does not work. I will never order from them again. Chalk this up as lesson learned if I ever get it.

I purchased a wig on the 30th august , even now the is no respond , when i send emails they dont reply on whatsapp theu just blue ticking me , like really what kind of service is this , be carefull is scam

I ordered from Purelace, I ordered three wigs on Aug 26, 2018, the wigs were received today Sep 22, 2018. They are nothing like I ordered. Save your money and pay a little more with a reputable company. This is not a good product you will be sorry. I paid with PayPal so I am going to try and get refunded and send this mess back.

This company is a fraud. They routinely advertise products and then send you a much lower quality product which looks nothing like the one you ordered. Thankfully I ordered thru Paypal. Even though the company refused to issue a refund, Paypal forced them to and gave me back every penny I paid. Be sure to take pics of the ad and your product for a quick refund.

I ordered a wig on the 25th of Augusr still on route even today and i want to use it this weekend frustrated

Fraud, scam nothing look like picture! I ordered a wig that you can part! The wig was trashey! Plus no return label and telephone #! SMH
