I placed an order in February 2026 for 5 bottles of black seed oil (buy 3, get 2 free), and to this day, I have not received my package.

What’s even more concerning is that, without my knowledge or consent, my credit card was charged again on April 1st for another set of tablets — which I also have not received.

I have emailed them multiple times and have not received any proper or helpful response. On top of that, the tracking company they referred me to was supposed to charge only around AED 18, but instead I was charged AED 165, with no valid tracking information provided.

This entire experience feels misleading and unprofessional. Customers deserve transparency, proper communication, and to actually receive what they paid for.

Something needs to be done about this.

I bought once, but now they send more without asking for it. I take all my money out if my account so they can not take more. Scammers!!!!!

I order 5 bottles of their black seed oil, buy 3 get 2 free, on the 1st march 2026, tp date I have not received my package and yet, unknowing to me, my credit card was charged on the 1st of April for another set of tablets to come or not to come. I email them on numerous occations and im not getting any proper response. Even the tracking company they suggested was only suppose to charge me US $5, yet $45 came off my card and with no valid information. These people need to be stopped.

I cannot believe that I fell for the okey-doke. You cannot cancel your subscription once you make it for at least 20 days which means they get at least two subscriptions out of you. The product itself barely works. The cancellation policy is horrible. I’ve gotten multiple emails about how to go about canceling a subscription in a membership that I never created because I checked out as a guest. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

customer service is a scam and shocking. Try to cancel subscription after starting charging money out of my bank without my permission and has been a nightmare. After some time exchanging messages still not cancel. NEVER BUY FROM THOSE SCUMS

Purily Nutrients Health Black Seed company may have deceptive business practices. They allegedly enroll customers in membership programs without consent and initiate recurring payments, often on weekends, making it difficult for customers to promptly contact their bank and dispute the charges.

This company is an absolute scam. Their secret membership hidden in the terms and conditions is deceitful. How is this lawful? I am currently trying to weed through my credit card statements for the last ten months of being charged...they've changed their name a few times.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I have racked up $399 worth of charges and NEVER received anything from them. Not even a first shipment. They are trying to fight me. I will go to small claims court if I have too. We should all ban together and get a scam suit against them.

This company is a PURE SCAM - I never write reviews or ever want to hurt a companies business as we know that everyone has different experiences but this one is one to WATCH OUT FOR. You order one product and they claim you join their VIP membership without any notices, emails, membership info and charge your card quietly every month until you catch the charges. Then they do not refund the charges. This is very bad for business. Who makes people sign up for a membership without telling them or sending them any info of that membership nor sends receipts for their unauthorized charges. Beware - do not order from them!

I agree with all the scam statements! They bury the subscription. You have to cancel more than once!!!

Waste of time and money I can’t afford to lose

I made a one time purchase of 3 bottles for $49.99 in July of 2025 was billed $138.84 could not get anyone to respond.Caulked it up being taken advantage of. Here it is January 30, 2026. Checked on my eBay credit activity I saw a charge for $49.99. then check back thru history saw I have been being charge $49.99 for 5 month pulse $138.84. I have burned my credit card and I have not received any product and did not order it. P.S. they have changed there name twice and there phone number not connected (are we surprised NOT). My next stop B.B.B. Wish me luck.

This company is nothing but a scam....I canceled and they continued to bill my credit card....said a VIP membership which I never signed up for...absolutely do not buy from this POS company. I reported to FTC and to my credit card company. Absolutely a scam and no I never received anything from them nor do I want to. If u cancel check your card in a few months for they will keep billing. They are such a fraudulent company

Recurring payments even after I canceled my order

Money was being taken out of my HSA to a tune of 49.99 monthly without any notification to my email for a subscription received no product 06/02/25-12/27/25
Therefore I can’t comment on product if it worked or not.
This should not be allowed without notification.
Do NOT recommend this company for any purchase's.

Scammers for sure. great web site ,but don't buy. If your able find a phone # it's not legit = ''not in service'' RUN & warn others!!!

Another bad review. I wish I saw this before I ordered. This company has continued to withdraw $49.99 a month for the last 4 months. I never received any product or information from them after the one time purchase. They seem to think they can just steal. It is disgusting that they are still in business.

I had never heard of this company until i saw an unauthorized charge from my bank account from them. On a weekend of course so you can’t stop it before they steal the money. I love how these companies are able to be around and the owners not be locked up.

If I could zero stars I would.
They have taken $630.91 of UNAUTHORISED payments from my account. What for?? I haven’t received anything!

They're really unreliable, they will steal money by using small print, and will take money by having a vip group that you will pay $50.00 a month. When you catch on to what they are stealing. They will offer a month's refund. Please file a consumer protection with your state AG. Please file
