On their site this product is a 5 star. Its all a big scam. I have been using this product for over a month and no visible change at all. Their sales tactic is deceitful and false!

I ordered the whitening powder during a so called "flash sale". $29.99
Upon checking out I found another item added to the order, another $29.99 which I did not place. Its now at over $72.00
I immediately contacted customer service. I was told the item had already been placed in the system and could not be changed.
They referred to their no return policy during Flash sales.
There was no satisfaction to be gained. This company is a solid Scam operation.
I was curous to see where else the product was sold. Found it on Amazon for $19.99
BUYER BEWARE.
I think I learned a valuable lesson here. Check TrustPilot before ordering anything online.

I purchased the product and they have a huge post on the page that states they have a 30 day return policy. I contacted them to return the items and they flat out told me they don't have a return policy. Terrible customer service!!! All lies!!

Total scam company. They delivered to the wrong address and front door pictures proved it. Company claimed they delivered to address on record? They were going to escalate to a second level supervisor. But wanted more of my personal information.

Order 2 of the purelywhitedeluxe from TikTok, item said delivered. They delivered to the wrong address, I checked my area and no package. A picture comes and its not my door. I tell the delivery company, they say the will report it to the seller and they will have to take care of it because they cant send the driver back. I contact the seller, they tell me first, I need to contact the delivery company. I am not doing that they told me to contact you. Just give me my money back. They say no refunds. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I agree with Gail Bright! Total scam! I wanted to try one jar for $29.99, so picked that option and entered my payment information, when I clicked on Submit Payment, my receipt showed 3 jars for $72.41. I tried to cancel the order and they changed the order to one jar and received it 2 days later. I was expecting to see a credit and still no credit after 7 days. Reached out to them again and I got an automatic response saying this
"Hello Diana, Unfortunately, as stated on our website all items on sale are final sale. As it does appear you have placed this order during our “Flash Sale.” We thank you for your cooperation and understanding." After this email they stopped replying.

This company is a scam operation. I purchased one jar to see if it bothered my gums. when it got to my receipt the total was 91.77 they added 3 jars. I contacted them by email and was told I bought this during a flash sale, therefore no refund or compensation. I paid 71.78 more than the 19.99 that I had planned on. BEWARE of this SCAMMER company. They stole my grocery money.🤬😡🤯👺👹

My order was delivered by UniUni to the wrong address and I don’t know where that is. Worst delivery service ever. I wrote the the company to resend the order or refund my money. They stated that once the order is registered delivered it is not there problem. Do not order through this company!!

I tried to cancel my order 10 minutes after I saw that a product was somehow added to my cart . No one answers the phone and no one gets back to you . After receiving the product yesterday , I tried to return without opening and was tolfd thye don't allpw retirns on a discounted ( on special) and it says so on website. I don't know where it says that as I can't find it b ut in any case oneshould be able to cancel an order made witrhin 10 minutes

I bought the purely white deluxe about a month ago and this product is false advertisement. They swear this product works. I’ve been using it consistently for about a month and a half and I have not seen any results at all. When I ask to get a refund I’m not able too because they said the product was on sale. I paid $59 for it and I’m not able to get at least half my money back. This is false advertisement and for the people who are thinking about buying this product. Don’t! It doesn’t work.

I did agree to the terms of sale which said this product was not returnable. My bad for ordering 3 before trying one. This tooth whitening powder product is useless. It did absolutely nothing. I bought it through Grommet. They have no rating system and keep promoting this scam. Don't waste your money.

When I ordered I did so on the promise of a 30 day guarantee as published on their web site. I tried to read the exact Terms & Conditions for Returns and it didn't allow you access until AFTER you submitted your purchase.
The actual Terms and Conditions for returns says 2 things that they do not publish on their site PRIOR to purchase:
1. It a 12 day return policy, and
2. Sales are final
What utter nonsense. They clearly do a bait and switch. I contacted Customer Service within 10 minute of reading the REAL term & conditions and all they said was all sales are final.
Sadly, I am interested in trying the product but purchased it on the promise that there was a 30 day guarantee...bogus.
I will be posting this warning on every platform I can find, only because I believe this company is not being transparent regarding your purchase.
Causes you to wonder it this speaks volumes about all of their business practices.

I purchased this item on November 7th, 2025. I used it only one time. It gave me the worst mouth thrush ever. I ended up going to the doctor and my doctor put me on medication to treat me for mouth thrush. I contacted the company for a refund. They stated that all sales were final. I would not recommend this Pure White Simply White Teeth Whitening Powder whatsoever as a way to whiten your teeth.

Order # 1355132. Ordered $60 of product from their website. The delivery service (Jitsu) that the company contracted with did not deliver my package to my door which was clearly on the order form, but left it in the common area of my huge apartment complex unsecured. The package was stolen before I could pick it up. I have tracking photo proof that the delivery was left in the common area, rather than to the delivery address (my apartment).

Purely White Deluxe has made this MY PROBLEM, rather than THEIR PROBLEM. They are taking zero responsibility for the mishandling of their shipment to the client. I've had at least 10 email exchanges this week with Customer Service at Purely White Deluxe. They DO NOT CARE. No offer to refund, no offer to resend the order with a reputable delivery service like UPS.

UPDATE 11-05-2025 - Jitsu Delivery Customer Service examined the tracking photo and agreed that the package was mishandled. They contacted Purely White Deluxe to record that my package is considered "undelivered" and to issue me a refund or replacement. I'm waiting for a response from Purely White Deluxe CS, and will update this review afterwards.

UPDATE 11-09-2025 - Because Jitsu contacted Purely White Deluxe, the seller replaced my missing package and it was delivered to my door on Sat 11-8-25. I'm updating my review from 1 Star to 3 Stars (Average).

The Simply White teeth Whitening Powder doesn't work and they won't give me a refund. Now, I have three containers to throw in the trash. Waste of time and money.

Bought the product and followed instructions. No difference. Asked for refund and sent pics as requested. Refund denied as I bought it "on sale".

The refund policy asks for a lot so read the detail on that before you order it. IF you order it.

It's a big NO for me.

The web site is scam. Paid, didn't get any shipment, no refund.
Contacted support, first response was "you should be refunded soon!" after 1,5 months contacted again -> response "no-refund" and now they ignoring me.
Don't know what is going on exactly, but was interested in products.

Like everyone else, I tried Purelywhite’s Deluxe, the toothpaste and the whitening powder. None led to any appreciable whitening.

Tge taste isn’t bad but unfortunately it also triggered my sensitive spots in the extreme. However my husband liked it. Didn’t whiten for him either but he appreciated the taste and none of the products aggravated his sensitive spots.

So I enrolled him in a toothpaste subscription. Worst. Idea. Ever. Slow shipping, then suddenly the monthly amounts were withdrawn but no product received. After badgering them for about 2 weeks, I was finally told they wrrr out of stock of one of the ingredients. They didn’t plan to inform customers, just keep collecting subscriptions and taking orders.

I requested both cancellation of my subscription and refund of the shipments I never received(2 of them), I was told I had to cancel the subscription myself and there were no refunds because I’d initially purchased through a flash sale. They kept ignoring that I paid for 2 subscriptions but never received them. I’m not aware of any law any where that makes that legal. Do on to exploring my options to get my money back.

Don’t trust this company!

I haven't ordered this yet, but wanted to pass along something I read. When ordering from a site such as Amazon, etc. BE SURE TO CONFIRM THAT IT SAYS THE SHIPPER IS PURELY WHITE!!! There are a lot of scammers as we all know, and it pays to double check. If the shipper is anyone but Purely White do not purchase, they will lure you in with a low price, and you likely either won't receive your order, it won't work or there will be an issue with packaging. That's because it's a knockoff product! And you likely will not get a refund, IF you can even find a customer service number to call.
Always come to this site to vet any and everything you buy online unless it's from trusted store. Never trust reviews on the company's website, use an independent source!!

I paid for my order. It wasn’t delivered and I asked for refund. They told me they are not gonna do that because I put my order during the final sale. So it means during the final sale you are just donating them and your order doesn’t need to be delivered. Scammers, be careful
