My experience with Pure Pearls was outstanding in every way. I was very skeptical purchasing an expensive pearl necklace from an online vendor until I worked with Mariel at Pure Pearls. Mariel was incredibly helpful guiding me through selecting the best pearl size and quality to fit my budget, and offered to contact their production team to ensure my strand would have the pink undertone my wife wants. To my untrained eye, the Hanadama-grade Akoya necklace I received from Pure Pearls was essentially identical to an A-grade Mikimoto necklace at literally 1/2 the price, and mine came with a numbered certification from the Pearl Science Lab in Japan. I highly recommend Pure Pearls to anyone looking to buy high quality pearls at reasonable prices.
