Stay away. Scammers. Ordered a super clone, got 20USD quality.

I've ordered 2 watches so far. Received QC pics in about 2 weeks, then the watches 2/3 weeks after that. Nice quality and decent communication, not sure why others are having problems, i'm going to order another watch very soon.

They are scammers, i send Money and later nobady answered me, i tryed tò contact with mail and nothing, they Take Money and bye bye, stay far!!!

Do not confuse this vendor with Puretimewatch88. That vendor is trusted through the rep watch community. This one aint.

The are scammers. I bought Patek Philippe Nautilus for USD 517,- and never got it! First they replied my maila but ” your watch is on the way ” but now they don’t answer at all. They look fine as
supplier but just take your money. Stay away!

I had the exact same experience as the reviewer below. I ordered, paid though PayPal through a questionable "donation" and received confirmation quickly and package en route. With this "smooth" process, I quickly ordered a 2nd watch. Result was both packages "stuck at the depot" due to being undeliverable with no reason provided. Then received notice from the delivery service that both packages returned to seller as "per policy". I was out over $400 US. PayPal agreed to refund me the cost of the first watch 'fortunately' but for unknown reasons refused to refund the 2nd watch since it didn't "qualify". Unusual since both purchases were identical. Still out $266.
All in all, I regret ordering from Puretime and would never recommend them.

I've used Puretime in the past and had a good experience. They provided QC pics and delivery was fairly speedy. But they are really the online version of a guy in a trench coat selling watches.

This time was a completely different experience. Initial response about my inquiry was fast. Payment method was super shady so you had no option to cancel. Shipment was fast... almost too fast. Received no QC pics. Package arrived in NJ within 2 days (over a weekend), but from there it got stuck and I will never see it. They used a shipping company called UniUni which only services certain major cities... I do not live in one of these cities. So delivery failed. Not sure how they accepted a package that they knew they could not delivery. I emailed Puretime and got no responses to my inquiries on the shipping. So I have no hope of ever receiving this package, and it is very possible it never actually shipped in the first place. Save your money.

PURETALK MOBILE DOES NOT HONOR IT'S GUARANTEE
STAY AWAY from PureTalk mobile. I activated my PureTalk service on 8/30/24 and took the $30 per month plan rather than the $25 plan because it offered a $100 credit to upgrade your phone. PureTalk also offered a 'Guarantee' for all month back within the first 30 days if for any reason one is unsatisfied. Both of these offers convinced me to make the move to PureTalk. WELL, 2 weeks into my service I wanted to upgrade my phone and use the $100 CR as well as take advantage of the 'Trade-in' offer they also make on their website. NO $100 CR they tell me because this is only available at the time I signed up for the plan. (which was only 14 days earlier) So I asked PureTalk to discontinue my service and to give me my "Money Back Guarantee" but NO they said because I had used my phone for over 500mg's of data or over 500 minutes talk time. YET, their ads on the website say under "PureTalk's Money Back Guarantee" 'Love your service, or get your money back.' AND in the PureTalk FAQ's > Is PureTalks 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Real? - And the answer given by PureTalk is "We understand sometimes things just don't work out. So if you're not totally satisfied with your service within the first 30-days of using it .. just call us at 877-820-7873 to cancel your service and request your refund."
PureTalk are a bunch of dishonest, young, inexperienced kids with ZERO integrity.

I never received the watch.
I paid the extra $37 express shipping and received a tracking number after 4 days.
Every time I checked the tracking number it read that there was an issue with shipping at the warehouse. First it said that my zip code wasn’t correct and the watch was returned to the warehouse. Then it read that there was an issue with customs.
Pure time customer service stopped responding to my emails and I have heard nothing since.

i have bought 5 watches from puretime over the last 15 years i have never had any issues and all but 1 of the watches still work fine

3/1/24 - I paid for one Omega watch and I have sent 8 emails trying to get a response from customer service. I have not received any response and I am not able to get my money back. Fraudulent website. Do not use.

Great company, never once had an issue.

Scam. Selling cheep Chinesse replicas advertised as quality japanese Miotta systems. You cant return the watch because they dont want to pick it up from their post or customs office. My watch broke after 2 months, weared 2 times only.

I have bought three watches so far. Two Rolex. One Bvulgari. I received the first two. (I'm awaiting a third). One Rolex did not have the etched crown as advertised. Puretime took it back and gave me a credit.(no refunds.) I found them to be very honest. Please
Believe me, I've had countless communication and transactions with them (mostly because of my paranoia haven't done this before). They always answered within 24 hours via email. Next the quality. Everything is as advertised. I had a veteran jeweler buff out a scratch where I dropped. He was blown away at the quality. If you choose to order name of the game is patience. Once you pay, they make the watch. It's not pulled off the shelf so it takes a while and it's shipped from the other side of the world. My average has been about two months per watch.

i recommend pure time to buy the best clone watches, that exist in the market , nobody makes them better than Pure Time

Having read most of the reviews here I was convinced the 2 watches I ordered would never arrive. However although it took a long time to get my QC photos and eventually delivery the watches did indeed arrive and were fabulous quality. I intend to order 2 more.
The total timescale was over 2 months since order but it is a matter being patient.

This company is not a company at all but just a scam. Don’t believe any positive reviews they are fakes. This is a scam bot that will just take your money and then give you the run around through a bot interface. Your money is gone. Stay away.

Second watch I have ordered from Puretime. One thing with this company is you need to be patient, the tracking number they send will be the tracking number assigned to it once it lands in your country. I couldn't understand why my item from China had a UK tracking number..yes it does ring alarm bells, but the watch arrived safe and sound today and is of amazing quality. Their customer service was helpful when I had any queries and the QC pictures sent reasured me about the quality of the item.

They are complete scammers - Everything looks legit until they have to actually send your order.
I've recently been scammed for 813$.

No reply from customer service - no sign of the watch being send.

I am putting more drastically measures into matter now....

5 MONTHS WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE ORDER DUE TO CUSTOMS RETURN TO THE SENDER FOR NOT PROVIDING THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS. SEVERAL MONTHS WITH EMAILS UNTIL, AFTER MATCHING THEM WITH EMAILS FROM CUSTOMS AND THE COURIER COMPANIES, THEY REPLY LITERALLY "THAT IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM AND THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO REFUND". INSTEAD OF SENDING A NEW ONE AND NOT FULFILLING THE DELIVERY OF THE FIRST ORDER THEY OFFER ME ANOTHER WATCH AT HALF PRICE....
SOLUTION: FILE A COMPLAINT WITH DHL (COURIER) AND THE COMPANY THAT ISSUED THE PAYMENT CARD (THE BANK). WITHIN A WEEK I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY LITERALLY IGNORE THE DELAYS AND LOSSES (AS THEY STATE IN THE FAQ OF THE WEB AND AS THEY WILL ANSWER YOU) AND OF COURSE, THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO FACILITATE THE DELIVERY.
IF YOU STILL BUY, DON'T LET THE TIME PASS TO COMPLAIN....
