Pure Water Products Reviews 

I don't know how long we have been exclusive customers of Pure Water Products. We bought our first RO unit back in the 1990's moved to Florida in 2000 and now back in Texas in 2025 with a new RO unit I'm online to purchase a unit as a house warming gift. We have received excellent products and assistance for quite a long time!

This place blows other companies and websites out of the WATER! Literally! haha. Seriously though. I spent days/weeks researching water minerals, filtration methods, osmosis systems, and browsing the internet for quality yet affordable kits that can also be customized easily. I was starting to lose hope of finding anything of quality and easily customizable through my web search UNTIL I stumbled across a youtube video with the osmosis kit being from Pure Water Products. I looked up their website, and I fell in LOVE! They give so much information (a dream for a researcher like me), they seem very transparent (another dream for someone who has trust issues like me), they let you customize about everything, quality stuff, and way cheaper than I would have guessed! They also have a beautiful list of all the parts to the kit that you can order if needed. Honestly, I was expecting my kit to cost $200 more than it did lol! Regarding the membrane performance, my water mineral count is 1/20 of my tap water (2 weeks from install), and everything in the install went smooth and leak free 1st try (which is a rare for me and plumbing). Hands down best company I've come across on the internet as of late!

After extensive research on other options, I bought a simple, single-stage under-sink water filter system from Pure Water Products. I cannot recommend Pure Water Products highly enough. They sell high-quality products at reasonable prices, and provide excellent, old-school customer service. By "old school," I mean that when I called (as I did several times), a human answered the phone, and they patiently answered all of my questions to help me choose the right filter and even provided advice on how to install it. Shipping was free (at $75 or more), and my filter arrived very quickly. Best of all, their filter systems use standardized, high-quality parts, which means they are more durable (no plastic connectors) and less expensive to install and maintain than name-brand, proprietary filters.
