Never received my items even though I paid
Amazon failed to deliver the order. I sent proof of this. Amazon customer service which are obviously based abroad are useless. I then asked for assistance off this company to help locate my items as I had paid for them but not received anything. Polly was Very unhelpful. Was never able to give my mother the mother's day present that I ordered her. They really need to get their priorities sorted and are using a service (Amazon) to sell their items that Amazon are not fulfilling this and the company does not care to help

This is about an order you placed on Amazon that Amazon have failed to deliver. As we have pointed out to you, you need to take the issue up with Amazon as this has nothing to do with us.
Able to speak to someone about my order
I placed the order and then realised that my previous address had come through on the order confirmation. I called Purity to see if they could change it. They were very efficient, my order came quickly and to the correct address.
